“We had such a lovely breakfast here! With a party of 6 we could sit inside and we ordered a variation of breakfast options which we shared. We had some croissants, baguettes, fresh fruits, an assortment of sweets and one of us had the eggs royal which was completely homemade, she loved it! Speaking of which, it looks like all or most of the things here are freshly made, a big plus! Great for breakfast and I would probably also say for lunch and dinner!”

“Nice location on water front, just a pity there's construction works going on in front of hotel. The hotel is very clean and up to a good standard. Food is of good to high quality, with food allergies taken note of and individual care taken. Drinks are separate and just a little expensive as a small bottle of beer for €4.50 you can purchase a large bottle in a supermarket for €2. Wine and shorts are priced the same. Rooms are a good size with a bath ,shower,toilet, fridge, and kettle for tea coffee facilities. Small balcony just enough for two people to sit out and enjoy a bit of sun. Pool is a generous size with towels and sunbeds in two locations shadier or direct sun. Pool side umbrellas are there to move as well. Staff are on hand 24/7 and are most accommodating. A very nice base to do your exploring from or just relax and enjoy the hotels facilities.”

Beautifully decorated restaurant in retro style and terrace that made me feel like I am visiting my great-grandma at her place after many years. The food was out of this world and the portions were huge. Prices are more than reasonable for what you get. And what you get are excellent meals based on traditional ingredients in Croatian cuisine. What surprised me is a decent choice of vegan options, something I haven't seen in such restaurants before . Their home-made wine was also amazing, I do recommend it. “The whole atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The lobby itself already shows the excellence of its service. Friendly, atmospheric, luxurious. While, yes, it was roughly 20-30m away from the city center, it still has a great connection with the bus, which is just a small step away from the hotel. The bar is well-stocked, and while I haven't tried the restaurant or breakfast, it still looks amazing and tasty. The staff was amiable, attending to all the needs you might have, even if it caught them off guard, by requesting a lower temperature in the room 😅😅 If I return to Zagreb, I'll stay with them again, for sure.”

“This hotel is stellar. From the moment i walked in, the staff were helping me with my bags and welcomed me warmly. Check in was very easy, and they even upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. I loved the view of the bay, and while the bay is public, as a hotel guest you get private elevator access down to the beach. The restaurant was fabulous; i had a lovely dinner the evening i arrived. Of the many places I’ve eaten at in Croatia, this by far was the best, as I’ve found a lot of Croatian food is quite salty for my taste, but the food at this restaurant had quite a nice balance of flavor. I definitely recommend the two truffle dishes, the gnocchi and risotto. The pool was nice and had a view of the sea, and the “hot tub” while warm was not actually very hot. The sauna was great though, you had a dry and a steam sauna. I took a massage as i had slept wrong my first night, and i was not satisfied with the quality as my masseuse used her elbows and it was very painful. The woman who i assume is the spa manager was asking for my feedback and when she saw me give a few 4 stars, she asked what was wrong. I explained everything and she said to come back the next morning for another massage. I was a bit hesitant about it, but the second massage was a lot softer and i was very happy with their level of care and service. The hotel itself is a brisk 15-20 min walk into the old town. You can opt for a bus, but it’s not very intuitive what the bus schedule is. I recommend you download the app as i was able to track the buses this way. Truly wonderful experience overall, and thank you to everyone who made my first time in Croatia and the start of my holiday so lovely and memorable.”

“This place is nice we didn’t stay to far from the beach. They had a lot of beaches. Some pools. They left us a free welcoming plate of fruit and water bottle. What upsets me is that we paid a pet fee and it says pets aloud but for some reason we couldn’t use the new pool bc we had our dog with us which he wasn’t going to jump in the pool! It’s ridiculous! Most places aren’t dog friendly! Another thing i didn’t like was pools are dirty & rusty! They should hire someone to clean them! another thing is we paid for breakfast all the days we stayed and breakfast was the same everyday which they can improve and change it up! Another thing is the amount we paid for “renovated house” we came across ants inside! they should have some free activities for kids to do not just beach and pools! Their was couple pools beaches we couldn’t use! Another thing is SERVICE was BAD they didn’t clean our house and bring us towels toilet paper soap or anything! not even to take our trash out! Their excuse was bc we had our pet sign up! Which was a lie bc I’m calling from the hotel to ask them if anyone was coming to bring towels! Some lady rudely picked up and said idk someone will be their! This was around 5ishPM on Saturday 15th than I called agin from the hotel around 7pm that no one came and we are still waiting for towels and stuff! Some guy picked up the phone and said someone will be their right away called agin around 8ish/9 pm we gave up left to the store bought the stuff our Selfs! We called the next day Sunday 16th asking for service and towels and that we wanted to talk to the manager and they avoided me from doing that and told me all these lies about my dog and that someone will come! They showed up left the the towels and took the trash! They didn’t even bother to do cleaning or change our sheets! We stayed 4 days in a half and they didn’t change our sheets once but did bring us towels expect that one day How disappointing! I wouldn’t pay so much for this type of service! I would recommend finding another villa somewhere els”

“Perfect location, perfect hotel! We spent 5 days with my husband in Miramare end of August and we had an amazing time! Great location- right in front of a nice and relatively quiet beach, it's surrounded with a lot of great restaurants and shops Friendly and helpful staff- everyone from reception to housekeeping was extremely nice and friendly with us. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Rooms are also very well equipped, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was very versatile, fresh and tasty! Only thing we noticed is that waiters didn't really check if someone finished or got up to get more food, they would clear your plate, even if there was a bit food left on it, which shows their dedication and hard work, I guess. Facilities: from cigar room, to fitness room, indoor pool and jacuzzi, we tested it all out and loved it. We had the best massage we ever experienced by 2 Thai ladies within the wellness area, and they were AMAZING! You should definitely try! If we're ever in Crikvenica again, we will definitely stay there again!”
