We fell ill at the time of our reservation and reception accommodated a last minute change of dates. Thank you! Suggestions: There should be a sommelier on the restaurant floor who knows how to serve wine. Adding a mandatory 10% tip is not customary in CZ and it takes away the feeling that I'm rewarding performance.”

Why this hotel is the best: - location in the heart of old town - underground parking €30 per night - Very dog friendly, we were allowed to bring our little boi, the hotel had a bowl for him, a bed and a towel which was great. You can also take your dog for a quick walk around the corner there is a dog friendly small park. - cafe downstairs to pick a nice cup of coffee when you’re up or purchase the breakfast which we have not tried. - The room was spotless, had all the amenities, was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet with really good insulation, it didn’t feel we were in the heart of town and had a good night sleep. - The staff was super friendly and welcoming. - Price was great value Thank you for an outstanding stay in Prague, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it & come back.”

“Very nice and pet friendly hotel! :) We stayed 1 night, with my husband and my dog, and it was wonderful. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and looked quite new. If you’re traveling with a dog, it’s the perfect location as the hotel has a grass area and a small field attached to it, our little guy had the best time running around and we felt it was very secure to let him off leash :) Would recommend and we hope to come again!”

“Modern hotel with great wellness facilities, very clean, spacious, and just a few minutes walk from the train station. Travelled as a couple and got a double room, which was tidy when we arrived, with fridge, safety deposit box, and wardrobe cabinets and closets. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. However, for a 4-star hotel, we found it disappointing that there was no free still water, coffee, or tea in the room. There was free mineral water at the lobby but it's an acquired taste. Shower door in the room was also a bit dysfunctional so water leaks out to the shower floor. Room can also become quite warm during summer afternoons and evenings. Wellness centre though was really nice. I tried the Flower Spa Ritual and it was worth it. Swimming pool was also big enough and wasn't crowded. But that may be because we went there on a Monday afternoon. Breakfast had some variety, though leaves you a bit wanting, knowing that the hotel is rated as 4-star. The staff though were really nice, but didn't seem to be too attentive to the flies entering through the open veranda door. We ordered steak dishes for dinner at the restaurant during Sunday night. Although the steaks were not cooked exactly the way we wanted them (medium rare), the steaks were delicious, esp. the one paired with salad and strawberry sauce.”
