“It was good hotel, but there are some serious problems about the hotel. cleanliness of hotel was not the best. I have seen some bones on the ground of Restaurant and nobody seemed to be cared about it. Staff was a bi weird, so I do not like some attitudes. The rest was ok, room was nice and it is a good stop point for 1-2 night stay. It does not have a good location or great view. So, you can use it as a "stopping point", but not more than that. I did not like meals also, It was moderate. You can find way better and cheaper places anywhere else.”

Bathroom is clean and new looking. All the amenities are available in the bathroom. There is a small fridge in the room and an electric kettle to make tea. For coffee you'll need to bring your supplies. There is no spa or pool. There is a small private Turkish bath and a very small gym with three equipment in it.”

Service was bad, 1- there was no shampoo 2- phone was not working to call room service 3- room was cold, ac didnt worked well as expected 4- there was no eggs in breakfast! 5- there was no hot bread in breakfast! 6- coffee was very bad in breakfast! 7- tables were not clean, als forks etc 8- staff was not helpful, main enterence door was closed and not working so i had to pull side door and they didnt even try to open it”

“What an amazing hotel. Super modern and clean, get 5 star vibes. Looks like it was very recently totally refurbished. The location is super central, shops, cafes, restaurants all around you and a major supermarket across the road. The staff are very responsive and polite. I needed to send a parcel and they went out of their way to organise everything for me. Needed an iron and a couple of minutes later, room service had arrived with it. There is an amazing restaurant just outside the hotel that’s serves everything from teas, coffees and deserts to delicious breakfast, lunch and dinners. My friends in Bursa were well impressed and plan to stay here in future.”
