“Hotel Faustina exceeded my expectations and many guests I had contact with. Great, helpful and positive hotel staff. Beautiful views directly from the hotel and nearby, a large selection of delicious food. Modern rooms, also with a sea view, daily cleaned and towels changed. Good drinks and music tailored to the guests, including live music. There is a rocky and gravel beach right next to the hotel, and a long sandy beach with beautiful vegetation nearby. Enough sun loungers at the beach and pool next to the hotel. I will have a fondness for this place for a long time. The hotel has a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. “The only thing I was satisfied with was the size and view of the room. Most of the employees who work here are nice, but the team is generally quite young and inexperienced. This hotel has 4 stars but organizationally it looks more like a 1 star hotel. We have seen times where the food was not topped up and definitely not kept warm. This while the hotel offers breakfast and dinner for at least 170 euros per night. The breakfast food was very tasteless and oily. For example, they had small croissants that were very hard and dry potatos. The well-known Turkish breakfast 'menemen', which you expect to be very tasty, was disappointingly bad. You wonder if there is seriously 1 manager within this hotel who tastes this and thinks we can continue with the 'menemen'. The breakfast and dinner are not of the best quality, but I didn't yet started about the food that you can order in between during the day. The food you can order is on the expensive side and even worse than the food they offer during breakfast/dinner. I'm really starting to wonder what kind of chefs work here? They offer cheddar cheese fries but I seriously wonder if they know the concept of cheddar cheese on (loaded) fries.. We left a large portion, because it was terrible [see picture]. And look at my toast. We were done with the food of this hotel. In the end, we decided to go out for dinner and lunch multiple times. As you read above I really didn't like the food. Besides that sometimes there is no hot water in the shower and there are stains on the pillow and beachtowels.”

“Had 2 weeks there and it's a typical 3 star Turkish hotel. If your after luxury, go to the 5 star resorts. Cheap and cheerful. Its right on the sea front in between the marina and cruise ship docks, the bus stop is right outside for trips away from the hotel. The rooms are tired and dated, the wife had a light and fluffy cushion whilst I had a bean bag. The beds are on the hard side. A small balcony on the side for us, if you want a sea view contact the hotel directly and pay them directly. The pool is on the roof and has a fabulous view, there's always plenty of loungers. The pool guy is up and down for people's food so sometimes the service is slow while you wait but the food is good quality. Few outstanding maintenance jobs in the rooms but again great value for money.”

“Very happy with our stay here. It is basic accommodation at a very affordable price, which has all the ammenities you need to have a great stay. Let’s start with 2 balconies and a rooftop overlooking the sunset, chairs and tables out there for a romantic dinner or lunch in the sun. Lovely Turkish breakky every morning in the common area with Turkish tea. Boiled eggs, cheeses, lettuce tomato cucumber, bread assortment, jam assortments, olive assortments and at random hot cooked veggies or menemen or something. Yum! Kitchen had everything we needed, multiple pots and pans, kettle sizes and coffee pourer in a 4 burner gas top! (And a dishwasher bonuses for families) Lets just say we were able to make a little home and cook up a storm very happily. Beds were comfy, choice in pillows and most importantly was availability of blankets as it got cold at night. Location was great, 2 supermarkets within a 6 minute walk, 4 in a 15 minute walk. 7 minute walk to the very busy “ladies beach” and all the restaurants/bars surrounding the area. 30 minute walk to the main port section (or a 5 minute drive). Oh and the lovely owner dropped us off at the bus station to get on our way. What a legend! Would absolutely stay here again, and I am definitely recommending to friends and family.”

Temperature of the water is 42 degrees and together with the minerals, it contains gas which is said to be youthfulness gas. You can visit the pool only or stay in the hotel. “If you are looking for an easy and acceptable stay in Kusadasi for a competitive price I don't think there is much you can do wrong with Nesa Palas. There are small pools for your leisure and dining options on location. It's like renting a small studio for 2 to maximum 3 adults. Just a 2 minute walk away from the Nesa Palas buildings there are small shuttle buses leading into the city center at the beach every 10 to 15 minutes.”

“Definitely not recommended. The hotel itself has a lot of potential. BUT, the pool in the basement is dirty. The spa area itself is very humid, due to that circumstances, all loungers are mouldy. Also the staircase, next to the elevator (I saw level 1 to 4), is water damaged and mouldy. If you are lucky you have a room with the magnificent sea view. All other directions are covered by construction sites. On the top level is the restaurant and breakfast floor, beautiful view, which clearly is a non smoking area (stickers everywhere) where everyone smokes. Including the staff. Last but not least, the ventilator in our bathroom was releasing the frying smell from the kitchen every morning.”
