“Very nice rooms, well equipped with all you need. Very good beds. Rooms are quiet - no noise from outside. Very good food in restaurant. Staff very helpful. Internet in new building almost not existing - always on / off - therefore for internet mobile phone necessary. After 3 days I found out by myself that one router was not working / connected properly - informed staff and within 2 hours everything was solved. Questionable IT service of this hotel as everybody promised that everything is ok since the last 2 days... Breakfast should start at 07:00 but at that time just the staff showed up - means not all is prepared and some desks are still full with old food from the evening before or just dirty - realistic is a breakfast time about 07:30 up to 08:00.”
