The place is not well maintained, no care for details which is shame considering investment. Staff slightly better than restaurant. Parking outside (around 15 cars max).”

Breakfast it's in another hotel 1 min by walk, not a big problem but very annoying. Pro: concierge was welcoming and she was speaking multiple language so 5 star to her only. Great position, in the center of brașov with a great view. Cheap room.”

“The rooms are self built, uneven and crooked, some might call it rustic. But overall ok. Weird was that they wanted us to pay cash, they didn't take down my information and never gave me an invoice, even though I asked. Unfortunately, our stay was messed up by the owner. We accidentally parked in a wrong spot inside the gate when we arrived late one night (nobody told us we were not allowed to park there), but since we were unsure, we left a note with our phone number and the information that we will park the car somewhere else by 7 the next day, or as soon as they call us. Once we got to the room to unload, the owner yelled into the house, we came out and he directly started to verbally attack us. He told us we are not "normal" to park there in a very aggressive tone. We tried to explain, but he didn't care. Once he heard that we were German he started to tell us off because of that (we wouldn't park like this in Germany, he knows because he has been there once - even though I park like this inside a courtyard in Munich all the time and no one ever freaked out). Of course we would have directly parked somewhere else (which we did anyway almost right away), it was not about that. I think as host you should say that in a normal way and not be mean about it from the start. We were just tired and confused. In the end I think they are bad with different cultures and prefer to host Romanians. It escalated out of nowhere to the extend that he wanted to give us the money back to kick us out, even though we tried to calm the situation down. Ps. After we went back to the room I saw a different woman park in exactly the same spot 30 mins later. He was very nice to her telling her she needs to park somewhere else. Maybe he just doesn't like Germans or Austrians? I honestly don't know what happened, but this kind of behavior with guests is just sad.”
