“This is a place that you must visit. And I trust I am not alone thinking this way! Extraordinary staff , very well designed room/swimming pool, in my room they even deco a curtain in front bathroom entrance (it is very bright during daylight, and in my room sun light will illuminate the bed)! No elevator, many room needed up/sown stairs. * They got a fantastic pool view which you might never get in common life. It's design is something you are not seeing anywhere else! Although, have to say...... small things to note: Many of it's equipment are top notch, Mitsubishi air conditioner, Panasonic indoor multi-function phone, but their toilet is the typical European common type, splashing fiercely but not quite did their cleaning job, and you will be forced to cover the lid , thenre-clean each time you use..... Finally, the last thing is, there are just too many stairs..... But it's still a lovely resort worth staying!”

“🍝 - Food: 2/5 🛎️ - Service 5/5 📍 - Location 5/5 My family and I had a great time at Masseria Le Cesine. We opted for this hospitality type to relax and enjoy the beautiful Puglia. All our expectations were met, both the positive and negative aspects. The location is perfect, well maintained and well connected with the beach. The pools, the seaside, the bar, everything well curated. The overall service is very high-quality, especially the fantastic animation team. Every night, our son was excited to attend the show, dance, and sign with other kids. Food is the only pain point. I had to admit this was the first time to experiment with the all-inclusive formula. Based on our perception of the food experience, it seems that we made the wrong choice. I missed the local food, a gem in Italian cuisine. The breakfast offered is quite common and lacks originality despite having an international selection. I must admit, though, the pizza served every day was yummy. The pizzaiolo rocks! Overall, I recommend Masseria Le Cesine for families with kids. It's a great place to stay, and we had an excellent time!”

“Stayed at the Monte Sarago Villas in mid September. The villas are located up the hill behind the Hotel Monte Sarago but are accessible via the hotel and up historic steps. It means you still feel part of and have access to the facilities at the hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, especially Teresa, who went out of her way to assist us after Lastminute messed up our booking. We stayed at the villas to have use of the pool and were not disappointed. Incredible views from the villa/apartment and while the steep historic steps are challenging and would not suit all, it did not affect our holiday. The pool and apartments were clean and spacious. Good aircon, kitchen and other facilities at the apartment. Fantastic location as while the centre of Ostuni looks a long way off it is around a 10 minute very pleasant, mostly flat walk away. Reception staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, welcoming and shared good recommendations and local knowledge. Hotel terrace is also a lovely spot to have a pre or post dinner drink with beautiful views. Excellent and reasonably priced house wine. The bar manager and his lovely team get a special mention. We much enjoyed our visit and would love to return.”

“Myself and family stayed here for roughly 2 and a half weeks due to a family emergency landing us in the area. Despite the circumstances of our being there, this hotel went above and beyond and delivered an amazing experience. They honestly helped us through a very tough time. Every single staff member was helpful. Every single staff member was polite. The breakfast staff was phenomenal and the breakfast offerings were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Pasticciotto. Front desk staff were very accommodating and jumped to assist with even the slightest things. They also happily called a local taxi service when needed. The doormen/ bar staff were exceptionally gracious and assisted the mobility impaired members of my family with an electronic ramp down the front-entrance steps. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were always kept up well. Housekeeping staff were extremely responsive to even minor requests Even in poor circumstances, this was honestly the best hotel stay I have ever had. To all the staff, my family thanks you.”

“Very tricky review to write. The venue, the staff and the rooms are absolutely 5* quality - spectacular! The issue is that the hotel is also an event venue and 2 out of 4 nights there was wedding disco until midnight. If they can solve that aspect and you can check that won’t impact you during your stay - it is truly an amazing place. The hotel staff is amazing and painfully aware, they did everything in their power to make our stay memorable.”

“Our room was big but there was mold in the shower (quite a lot). There was no kettle, cups or plates in the room, we couldn't really eat or drink anything we bought in the city. Hotel breakfast was fine. The hotel is around 3km away from the city. Fine if you have a car, but walking was a bit tricky, as the sidewalk wasn't available everywhere.
