King size bed was very comfortable. Only complaints are about the availability of the room at checkin for which we waited 40 minutes in the lobby and the late cleaning during the stay (the room was cleaned only at 4.30 pm...). We traveled with our little one and the staff were very kind and accommodating. They helped us with suggestions for travel bookings, and made reservations for us at a local place we wanted to try. Breakfast was good, we usually ate on the patio out front. The rooms are nice and clean and ours had a large window looking onto the streets of Sintra! As it is a boutique hotel, the rooms are a bit smaller than some may expect, but ours had ample room for us to unpack and store our luggage. It was perfect for our 2 night stay!”

“First time staying with Ibis, and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and clean, and there was a good AC in the rooms, too. The shower got hot quickly and was a decent pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Also just to note the Staff here were top notch- friendly, professional, and kind! We felt well looked after here. We opted for the breakfast and enjoyed it greatly. Its the same thing every day though so if you're staying for a while then note that as you might find yourself getting a bit bored with the selection at the end of the first week, but there are plenty of other cafes and restaurants near by if you feel yourself craving a change! The real treasure for this hotel is that it's reasonably priced but right in the heart of Lisbon so you can walk to pretty much anywhere. 10min walk to the metro/trams/busses so the world is your oyster really. The room lacked enough bins and storage for clothes, but that was my only gripe. Highly recommended!”
