If you want to sit outside you should probably book as it was fully booked when we arrived but a booking didn't arrive so we were able to sit outside. “Food is delicious, tremendous 4-courses menu! Staff at restaurant good (although it's more gesticulare instead of proper English/French). Room is nice and spacious. Very clean, very beautiful spa and pool. But kids are not allowed in the swimming area from 5pm!!!. So disappointing if you go skiing all day long. We booked holiday via travel agency. They didn't mention the restrictions...so keep that in mind. Staff at reception was not very helpful... Dinner starts late (7.30pm).”

“Each year we stop off here with our caravan for a few nights. Really good clean toilets and showers. Restaurant on site is lovely with good food. Site shop is also good and you can order bread for the morning. There are 2 swimming pools, one is for children. Nice play area for the kids. Beautiful area with easy travel by bus from outside site to either Bolzano or Merano. Large Supermarket about 5 minute drive away.”

The food is very nice,good quality,lots of choice& very generous portion size. The pool(indoor& out) are very well maintained as is the saunas,showers&all toilets. A very clean place. With quick waiter service. Nice indoor smoking room for when its cold. Only down side-(for some) is weak WiFi&only in the reception area,Not in rooms. Found it hard to fault this place on quality or value for money. Very nice place.”

“This hotel is in a small town, but it definitely does not have a small town feel. It has many things to do in the hotel to keep you satisfied and busy. The food has been 5 star so far, and the owner present and accommodating. I've read a book on my balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. Later, I'll take a swim in the indoor pool and spa, or maybe the sauna. Tonight I plan on beating my wife in a game of table tennis! We've had drinks at their well stocked bar with locals and guests alike. Service by all the wait staff has been impeccable. Even though some only speak small amounts of English, which I know can make one uncomfortable, they remain eager as ever to help. Rooms are great and clean. The desk will even book things for you, if needed. We'll be making a trip to Venice in a few days. There's great skiing close, the ski bus drops off right in front of the hotel. No reason at all to not make a repeat visit! 5 stars all around!”

The breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. Dinner (halfboard) was an option but I usually prefer to go out to the local towns. The receptionist was very helpful with suggestions that proved to be worthy. The amenities and extras were very nice with a few things unexpected. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Special highlight was the fact that you could order the food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the chalet (which was very practical as we have a 7 months old). “We stayed here with my son for a short skiing weekend. We got a lovely room at the top floor. It was really nice and spacious and daily cleaned with superb quality. Didn’t expected that. The hotel staff was nice, professional and helpful. We had hotel breakfasts during our stay. They were tasty with good choice of local products, sweets and Italian coffee served. I need to appreciate the deepest respect for the gentleman working in the restaurant during breakfasts. He was so kind, polite, and smiling that meeting him was a great start of each day. We have also visited hotel restaurant for lunch. They serve a great pizza but be sure to try their pasta or other local dishes - these are great! Recommend!”
