“The setting of the hotel in the river is fantastic and like almost everywhere in Thailand the staff is very friendly, but relaxing on the private (sun) deck connected to the room is impossible. Due to the connection of the deck to the room everything shakes back and forth quite a bit when a boat passes by (and that is every 3-4 minutes). This must and can be improved.”

“The view is one never to be missed! We got the ones above the river. The sunrise view is amazing. While we can't see the sunset, the beautiful sky made up for it. There's the occasional speedboat that rock the room depending on the size of the waves, so that's one thing to get used to. I fond it interesting though. The food options can take some improvements, but I would say they're acceptable. Overall highly recommend just based on the room alone.”

“We had a wonderful 3D2N stay at Jungle Rafts. We were a little nervous about so long without electricity but it was actually wonderful and welcomed nice break from technology. The staff there are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the food was great (and catered very well for veggies), and you just can't beat the location. The packaged tour we also signed up for was a fantastic 3 days insight into the area, its history, and local people. Highly recommend. And our guide Phad was the best! Lovely guy, very knowledgeable and funny. He'll be running the place in a few years I have no doubt.”

“I visited this resort with my family during a major holiday, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The water heater worked well, but the water pressure was quite weak. The room appeared gloomy due to insufficient light bulb, and there was a noticeable amount of dust on the ground, indicating inadequate cleaning by the staffs. Additionally, both the fridge and television were broken, and the sockets were loose, making it was really hard to use any electronic devices easily. The sofa seemed incomplete, still resembling a piece of wood rather than a fully furnished piece. To add to the inconvenience, the lights went out for almost an hour during my stay. Furthermore, The resort lacked both sufficient staff and activities. I highly do not recommend this resort. The overall experience left me feeling that staying here was not worth the high price, as it cost me an arm and a leg.”

“Disappointing place to stay!! They said it's Pet Friendly resort!! Had to pay and extra 3000 baht for 2 nights to be moved into a lesser room because not all rooms are pet friendly, so it ain't really a pet friendly resort!! Breakfast was really bad!! Rooms were horrible, ants and insects crawling in your room! We had no Wi-Fi for the 2 days that we were there! Beds are the hardest I have slept on!! Best part of the hotel was the dinner and the service at the dinner!! If they put the same amount of energy the people at the bar do for the whole place the hotel would be 5 star!!”

“Great location. Near river kwai bridge. About 10-15mins walk Ample free parking space Room is comfortable, clean and free wifi available. Lack of toiletries provided such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver. Complimentary coffee, tea and water bottle available in room. Power plug points available on bed side which is good for me. They serve ala carte breakfast on weekdays, but buffet type of breakfast on weekends. Choices are limited but good enough. Apart from a small swimming pool, there's no other facilities available.”
