Beautiful picturesque pool area. The dinning area is overlooking the pool, the whole place is in such a beautiful setting. The food was also fantastic, champagne served with breakfast at weekends :) I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday here and the staff organised a chocolate cake which was left in my room. “Booked the hotel for family vacation on 13-14 January 2024. The staffs were very welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and clean. Even though it was a bit older hotel than others in the same area but the peacefulness and hotel’s relaxing atmosphere were making up for it. Unfortunately we were visiting during the high tide so we were unable to walk along the beach. All in all, we loved our stay there and we’ll come back again! “One star for the breakfast. Zero star for the room. We booked the Junior Suite with city view balcany and we specifically requested for HIGHEST floor and QUIET room. We arrived on time for check-in and we asked the registration desk staff for HIGHEST floor and QUIET room. To our dismay, we're told there's no other room available. We were assigned to room 3127. We've been traveling in South East Asia for over 2 months, and this hotel room is the most impractical, absurd "suite" we've ever stayed in. It was a waste of money and space. Do NOT stay in room 3127. We asked for the HIGHEST floor. They put us on the 3rd floor (2nd floor is registration desk and restaurants. 1st floor is parking). The hotel has 7 floors, mind you. We asked for QUIET room. They put us in the room right next to the busy street where you can hear cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even pedestrians. What's wrong with "suite" 3127: --There's no space or counter for our 2 luggage. There's no proper closet. There are some cheap coat hangers in the corner of the room to hang your shirts, but there's no hangers for your pants or skirts. --We booked a king size bed, but there's only 1 night stand, and if you want to charge your phone, the electrical plug is behind your pillows. A fire hazards waiting to happen. --Inadequate lighting. The room is a dark dungeon. And no, it was not intentionally designed to be romantic. It was just a cheap dark suite. --Moldy shower stall and clogged drainage. --Dirty sofa. Mishmash furnishings. Looks like leftovers from people's home. --City view?? The views of the next door dilapidated building, utilities pole, tree branches, and parked cars. --Noises from the street, hallway, elevator, and other guests. --Old, used slippers that belong in the trash. What upset us most is that we were lied to. The registration desk guy told us there's NO other room available, but when we checked Agoda, Booking, and TripAdvisor...voila! Rooms available on all 3 online sites!!! What you see in their photos is definitely NOT the room we got. We love Prachuap town, but this hotel gave us some unpleasant memories. Definitely a no-no.”

“Very good rooms for price and beautiful location right across from the beach. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk, and a nice open lobby. Very cute cat that wanders around the lobby as well. Hotel staff very helpful in scheduling taxis, both to the bus/van stations and also arranging for a private driver to take me around the national park. Everyday staff gives you two bottles of water, extra shampoo/soap, toilet paper, and napkins.”

“This hotel is hidden away at the end of the bang pu beach, if you are visiting prays Nakhon cave this place is about 5 minutes drive from there. It’s very quiet with a private beach on one side and the river estuary on the other side. Very quiet and peaceful. I only visited the small coffee shop so I can’t comment on the hotel rooms. The hotel was built 17 years and is owned by the sugar company in Kanchanaburi, everything looks good and well maintained. The small coffee shop is good for a quiet coffee and watch the boats go by, they also have smoothies and some Thai style cakes.”

“My stay at Sailom Hotel, with a restaurant in the city, I must say, was a wonderful experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated in a great spot in the city and had a wide and safe parking area, which made it convenient for me as a traveler. As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff, who made me feel very welcomed and valued as a guest. Their helpfulness and friendly demeanor created a positive first impression. The hotel itself has stood the test of time. The rooms were large, spacious, and impeccably clean. The comfortable options in the room further enhanced my stay, as I could rest and relax in a cozy environment. Compared to the new Star hotels in the city, which provide great options for photo shoots, this hotel doesn't have the glitter Instagram photogenic options—the rooms offer a good family atmosphere and facilities in the room. Regarding breakfast, the hotel provided a standard selection of Thai and Western dishes. While it may not have been the most extraordinary breakfast I have ever had, it was undoubtedly satisfactory and provided enough variety to start the day. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the restaurant in the hotel, especially its location by the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the fact that I could enjoy delicious food in such a mesmerizing setting made it even more enjoyable. The meals served in the restaurant were top-notch and left me fully satisfied. Not far from Cicada market and city center options and the great location by the sea, I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful family stay in the city.”

“It's very cute, dog friendly, pet friendly hotel. We spent Christmas here and it was very windy - no fault of the venue! They don't allow dogs in the rooms with the private poos which was a big let down, as this was partly the reason we booked, for the enjoyment of the whole family! There seems to be no reason for this, as they have monkey problem so the monkeys destroy a lot of property, much more than a small dog could ever do.
