“Very helpful staff. My room was very spacious and clean. The heat was working perfectly. Hot water. Clean shower. Nice decoration. I had two little balconies with garden view. The breakfast was not very spectacular. You were given the option between two plates along with coffee. Wifi was working well. The location is perfect, in the middle of the town, 1min walk from the main shopping street. I really enjoyed staying there.”

“Half of the hotel was under renovation, the pool was closed and we had to switch rooms multiple times due to scorpions and toilet leakage. Be prepared that the hotel doesn't have any elevators nor ramps for wheelchairs. We paid full price for the hotel and it was definitely not worth it....”

“!!!SCAM ALERT!!! One of the worst hotels I stayed in till now. The room was full of dust, and the bath tub was very dirty. The only heating system in the room was the air conditioning, which is not very efficient, especially in the winter, and the floor was cold like the ice. If you open the fridge you will find out that the smell is not very pleasant, and you can feel it even in the bathroom. Between the door and the floor is a very small space, and you can hear EVERYTHING from the outside. The pool is very dirty, I dont think they clean it. The jacuzzi was one of the worst and dirtiest i have seen till now. I do not recommend to go in. The dry sauna was the only nice thing about the spa, although there isn’t a bucket with water to make it hotter like in other places. !!! The wet sauna is full of mold and it’s unbreathable, and the floors are very sleepery. There are some people who go in the sauna with their dirty shoes from the outside, not hygienic at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing more.It was cold even in the early morning, at 8 am. The bread seemed to be old, i dont think its fresh. The coffee is terrible by the way. The WORST and the most disappointing thing about this “deluxe” hotel and restaurant was the diner. We decided to have a nice and cozy diner in the evening at the restaurant. We went in and waited for like 5 minutes and no one came, we saw a lot of people bringing their own food from the back of the lobby, and we thought that you should take it from there. We grabbed like 1 thing from there ( a piece of chicken ). WE WERE CHARGED 35 LEVA PER PERSON!!!!! Besides that, nothing was 35 leva in the menu! No one has informed us about this price, not even at the reception or the waitress. One of the biggest scams ! Don’t waste your time and money here, at the Cornelia “deluxe” residence…”

“Used Junior Suite. Generally acceptable, but the service execrable. Was charged 190E B&B per night, and even at this price (really expensive for Bansko, Bulgaria), we were abusively additionally charged at the check-out with 15 Euro per each night for a so called "fireplace usage", even if we did not used their fire woods available in the room. The receptionist was terribly rude. The breakfast was really poor, boiled eggs, tired scrambled eggs, cheap cheese and cucumbers. The shower was having a hard time draining the water and loaded with mold, bumpy pillows, you got the picture. For this kind of charge, you will find much better places in Bansko.”
