“We stayed in November for three days at Lefay, and we enjoyed every minute. From the breathtaking Lake Garda view, to the beautiful rooms, relaxing spa area with plenty of excellent wellness services. The hotel staff and the service personal at the wellness/spa area was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was generous with lot of food options. The only thing we where not fully convinced of was the dinner. We where expecting more food variety and more flavor for dinner. But overall we really loved the place, and we will come back.”

“Amazing ✨ I stayed here for a week with my family for a Ski and City break. 30 minutes driving to Ski slopes 1hr to Bergamo Città Alta and 1:20 to Verona, plus the mountain 🏔 and lakes right at the door step. We had a surprise every dinner! Don’t miss dinner!! It truly amazing ⭐️ Beautiful family room. Very spacious with 2 bathrooms! Wow I will be back.”

“Our favorite hotel in Milan so far! Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, they are always trying their best to accommodate us with all our needs and they go above and beyond. The concierge is always trying to give us relevant information and also follows up with our trips which is so thoughtful. Housekeeping are the best!!! They clean our rooms twice and do turndown service without us asking and always making sure we have enough water and amenities in general. Room service options are very limited however they are also trying to accommodate our request and preferences, delivery is also fast. We asked for 2 rooms for 5 people. And both rooms did not disappoint, the 3 people room was very spacious and every bag had a stand of its own. Location is excellent, and very safe area. Totally recommend Grand hotel et de Milan for an exceptional stay in Milan. We would always come back 🫶🏻”

“Fantastic location with a view to lake garda. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning in the room keeps going off and is highly inadequate in the summer. We were barely able to sleep. We did raise a service request and apparently there is nothing they can do about it. So would avoid going there in peak summer. They do have a fantastic breakfast”

The lounge/dock area is amazing with paddle boards, kayaks and a water trampoline all available for hotel guests. The hotel is located about a 2 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk from the ferry, both of which will take you to Bellagio and other destinations on the lake. Finally, the hotel restaurant was outstanding -from the food to the views to the wine list. This hotel is low key but very comfortable. The waterfront and restaurant made our stay truly special and fabulous! I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.”
