I was in a business trip so it was exceptional starting my day with a short work out in the hotel gym which is a bit small but you have what you need The breakfast was crazy good which encompasses a variety of food for all the tastes from vegetarian to dairy free and gluten free The rooms were quite spacious with fully equipped bathrooms They even gifted me with a straw hat for the sun And a chocolate daily with the room cleaning The personnel were very professional and tried to help whenever they can They have also a rooftop pool and bar The hotel is also in an upscale area which is quiet but a walking distance from shops at sorreno and bars and restaurants Perfect value for your money”

“This was our first visit to Madrid, & the hotel ensured it was very pleasant. We were upgraded to a suite from a superior room. The suite is spacious, & well appointed as you'd expect. Although our room had 3 French doors to balconies, the room was well sound proofed & no street noise disturbed us. The bed was fairly comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's buffet style breakfasts are well-cooked & delicious. We'd have a hearty breakfast & then only require a light lunch while sightseeing. The hotel staff are exceedingly friendly while professional. They understood our faltering minimal Spanish & some spoke English which was very helpful. The hotel has set a very high standard for the rest of the hotels to meet during our European holiday!”

“Totally, that was our the best choice to stay in Madrid. It's very central (at Gran Via). The stuff was really helpful and our room was so cute even though it's quite small. Some rooms don't have doors for toilets but it wasn't a big issue for us. If you would like to stay here, you definetely choose breakfast included. I am not a breakfast person but this was amazing! PS: They have welcome drink for their amazing rooftop. Hope to see you again!”

“The staff definitely makes or breaks a Hotel! Our experience was simply excellent thanks to Veronica and Angela who made our stay a very pleasant one. It is said that membership has it privileges, so I recommend you join the Catalonia chain member. Once you stay a couple of times, you earn points which allow you to get discounts and upgrades. We got an upgrade and the room was very comfortable, but of course, Veronica made it extra special. Breakfast offered a good assortment of hot and cold dishes for the price. Its location is also very convenient to main attractions. Overall a great place to stay in!”

“Awesome, awesome, awesome property. The location is INSANE. Truly walking distance to everything and anything; so many good options, next to shopping, etc. The breakfast was free for us since I’m ambassador and it was really great. The staff is really really wonderful and attentive. The cleaning staff unfortunately didn’t get to our room one day and made up for it with some extra goodies. Very kind of them. The room was perfect: good showers, comfortable beds, all the outlets worked, perfect amenities. The hotel unfortunately is undergoing some renovations so the rooftop bar wasn’t open but that’s ok. (Just heads up if this on your to-do list)”

“The hotel is very nice, the only issues we had was our bed was a little too soft for some this is probably perfect and the garden room has a little foot noise as the dinning room is above. Overall experience was fantastic. The staff is AWESOME! They are so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of the owners and they were very kind. Please take my small criticism as it is very small the place overall was fantastic and I would stay again. Breakfast was also very good food is fresh and well prepared. Don’t miss out on the juices they make both are very good.”

The hotel is conveniently located next to a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The rooms were clean but somewhat basic in their amenities. “This hotel is divided in two parts, one in the main building where the reception is: this section has small rooms with small beds. And the other are two stories buildings with ample rooms holding two beds. For our visit, we stayed in one of those bigger rooms with two wider beds (not quite queen size). The access to the room is from the street, like a motel. This is an old facility. We heard one customer complaining that their bathroom faucets were corroded and leaking. Ours were just old and worn out by use. The parking is convenient and near the rooms. We could drive the car almost to the door of the room to unpack and pack it. The hotel has a shuttle service that takes you to the airport. On the negative: The room was warm and there was no air conditioning. This was unexpected for an alleged 3-star hotel. No restaurant or cafeteria, just vending machines. Not great vending machines either. Lots of cats roaming the property.”
