“Beautiful enchanting grounds, nice rooms, nice front desk staff. Went for our honeymoon and made this known to them but nothing was done to make it feel a little extra special, as other hotels that were less than 5 stars did. You are charged a daily fee for using the pool which was off putting, as the nightly cost is already high. The bar food was really delicious, better than the restaurant food menu. Great place to relax but felt like something was missing service wise. It was great having a gym on site.”

Overlooking the beach, yachts, sunset, and mountains was beautiful and made it an excellent dining experience. We had cocktails to go with our starters. We then had salmon and steak for dinner with a delicious rosé. The staff was friendly and kind when we had questions. They spoke English well. We loved watching the sun go down as we were served each course. When it came to dessert time we relaxed with cheesecake and sorbet with espresso. There was no rush to leave and we had an amazing night at Pearl Beach. Great atmosphere.”

“This has become one of my favorite places in the whole world. My husband and I discovered this hotel (by mistake) while looking for a hotel in the Bandol area. This is a true gem, located on a turquoise blue bay that you can swim across endlessly. The 3 restaurants (beach, breakfast and regular restaurant, and the Michelin star restaurant at the bottom) offer incredible food options in a beautiful setting and at a very affordable price. All the rooms have beautiful sea view onto the bay and are super comfortable and spacious enough to do yoga facing the bay or whatever else you may want to do. The bathrooms are superb and the skin and body care products of the highest quality and they smell so good (one of the formulas contained figs)! There’s a gym, a beautiful ‘infinity’ pool and then there is the spa… with a massive water treatment room overlooking the bay where you can give yourself healing water therapy with all kinds of jets and beds with nets to heal your entire body! And then you also have an amazing hammam and sauna as well as tons of private rooms for beauty and healing treatments of all kinds. Service is excellent and the cherry on top are the valets (voituriers in French) who are the kindest, most professional, caring people I’ve met! They also happen to be the best in the hotel in terms of Service quality and kindness! Anthony, Antony, Gabriel, and Gregory all took such great care of our car and us too! This has now become our number 1 destination in the world for late spring or late summer vacationing! I highly recommend it! It’s the best I have found with over 65 countries I’ve traveled to in high end luxury hotels! A gem at a very fair and reasonable price. And we get 20% off by booking 6 months prepaid in advance :)”

“Large rooms, quite cold in winter; owner is clearly pretty cheap as heating is shutdown during the night. Owner also charged us for breaking a boiling pot in ceramic that was not securely attached to the boiling pot and very fragile, clearly he's a bit tired and cheap... Also 28euro for the spa per person is quite expensive as he pushes to limit it for only one hour per reservation. Could have been much better and clearly nothing has been done to the rooms for 20 years and the pillows are really not confortable. Cash machine for the owner. Not only is this a cash machine for a lazy owner but he LIES in his reply claiming we somehow "stained" with beer bottles (we don't drink beer, we actually bought 2 bottles of wine of them (what a mistake to encourage such crooks!). Tissues on the floor?He probably means towels left on the floor when leaving the room at the end of the stay as it's supposed to be done. We spent around 1k euro on this property in 5 nights which is expensive and the owner complains?? We left the room pristine, as clean as you can get, but resorting to lies only shows the type of fake smile character he really is (you'll see) This owner is really dishonest loser, clearly. Looking forward for his retirement as he's tired of people as he told us and it shows. Grumpy old man. sad. I would avoid this place!”

Lea (the sales/event coordinator at the Hotel) was incredible, she supported us during the process and ensured that everything was all set before and during the event. “The place is amazing, a lot of multiple activities can be done, also for little kids. The golf cart ride within the vineyards with the map and the history eplained was amazing. Nonetheless our rating is 1 star because of the bad experience had at the Lou Bistrot. We were thrown out with 2 little kids at lunch time of a very quiet day because we didn't reserve a table (my activity ended at 12.30am, so obviously lunch time - so if I need to book a table for lunch - please tell this to me when I book! don't throw me away if I don't reserve. Therefore we couldn't even taste the wines and purchase some bottles, ruining the overall experience”
