I know new buildings are built to sway with the wind and earthquake but this building's sway is making us dizzy at times. The facilities need updating... stains in the ceiling, walls and kitchen cabinets. Floor tiles are old. May natatanggal na. But the rooms we stayed at (3 bedroom unit) is so spacious and pleasant. “The option to get twin beds was especially useful as I was traveling to attend a convention with a co-staff member. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At P1390, the breakfast buffet could provide more options but the coffee was good and we were delighted regardless. Earlier breakfast serving times apart from 6am could be put in as convention staffers/wedding attendees who need to be at their venues by 8am cannot leisurely enjoy breakfast. These are minor nitpicks but definitely 5 star service from this hotel.”

“Note: Reviewing this place in Okada and not the hotel nor casino experience. Went here yesterday for my daughter's birthday. Do bring your kids' NSO or passport copy to get 50% the fees. But only honored if you go there on the day of their birth dates. Service was great, clean surroundings but the play area is a mix of children from 0-12yrs old. It would have been better if there were clear distinction which areas are for specific age ranges because big kids might and could accidentally bump on/hit small kids (ball pit, for example). You pay for 588 each child + 288 for each adult for a play duration of 2 hours. I think it's too pricey! Will I come back? Maybe and not in the near future.”

“Our company paid a total of P146,000 for a total of roughly around 8 days of stay but your office cannot accommodate our request to consider an early check-in for the early arrival of guest and a late check-out even for just one room. All of the requests were met with "according to policies" statements. Services are good, front desk people are accommodating and rooms are clean, those are the best part.”

“Basic but Very Comfortable. Located in a central area close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Staff are efficient and friendly. One thing I am impressed with is how spacious Hop Inn is. The lobby was inviting and wide, the room and bathroom space were similar to what I can get at a luxury hotel. Bring your own toiletries as only some form of shampoo / body wash is provided. There are glasses in the room, and water dispensers by the elevator. No electric kettle, but the water dispensers also have hot water. The elevator can also be really slow (two small elevators operating the entire hotel), so make some accommodations for that in your schedule.”

The room had a washing machine and dryer, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, oven toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, ironing board and steam iron, a nice sofa and more. “Dear Management Team (OPP) I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the numerous issues we encountered during our recent two-night stay at your establishment. While we appreciate the competitive rates, the overall experience was subpar and left us with a negative impression. Firstly, a consistent and distressing issue we faced was the presence of cockroaches throughout our stay. These pests were spotted on the side table and even inside the entrance door. I even captured a video of a cockroach in the bathroom. I promptly brought this matter to the attention of the duty manager, but this persistent problem significantly detracted from our comfort and overall satisfaction. Furthermore, despite our prior request and the trauma of our initial parking experience, we were unable to secure guaranteed parking upon our return to the hotel. This forced us to rely on Grab car services to ensure a parking spot would be available when we returned. The inconvenience of waiting for parking, especially after a tiring Christmas party event, was highly frustrating and served to exacerbate our already negative experience. In addition to these issues, the restaurant's ventilation system appeared inadequate, as the lingering smell of food permeated our clothes. Despite showering, the odor persisted, necessitating an additional shower to mitigate the unpleasant aroma. This aspect further contributed to our dissatisfaction with our stay. Regrettably, If a complimentary accommodation is offered, I will have to respectfully decline. The combination of the traumatic parking experiences, the persistent presence of cockroaches, and the lingering smell from the restaurant have left an indelible negative impression. Even with the lure of free accommodation, I cannot overlook the significant impact these issues have had on our stay and our overall perception of your establishment. I hope that this feedback catalyzes for meaningful improvements to address these critical concerns. We genuinely wish for a positive guest experience and hope that our feedback will contribute to the enhancement of your services for future guests. “Room had stains all over the bed sheets pics are attached for your review. Pillows had old blood stains in the pillow cases. Roaches in the bathroom, lights don’t work in the bathroom. We had to leave the lights on all night to prevent roaches moving about and crawling into our baggage to take back to the states. Walls were dirty, as well the mirrors. The mirror finger check failed as well. If you don’t know YouTube it. They we’re quick to change sheets and pillows cases which this time were clean. There are plenty of reviews below that have the same concerns, obviously they don’t care because the same issues are still apparent from reviews that are 6 months old. Everyone in that hotel buisness needs to be retrained on customer service, and cleanliness. Hotel Manager should sleep in this filth, so she can experience what her customers are experiencing.”

Respected my need for daytime quiet. Very quiet overall. CONS: Food not very good. Air conditioning drippy. Musty smell. Laundry not offered onsite. No additional amenities. Pillows not comfortable and felt springs in the bed. Overall, I would say this is a good, safe hotel for a short-term stay. Not comfortable for a long-term stay if you enjoy additional amenities. However some items like the wifi and the outlets were really good compared to other nicer hotels.”

“In retrospect, I got to stay here for a week during a series of seminars and conferences. The hall assigned to us was modest, but adequate. However, the WIFI connectivity was unsatisfactory, even in the individual rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were not quiet either, as conversations from the hallway were easily heard. On a positive note, the restrooms were in good condition. One standout feature was the proximity to a church, which was especially convenient as our event coincided with Ash Wednesday.”

A bit of maintenance might be good (there was a section of my room's AC door that was rusty and badly installed). “I highly recommended Luljetta's Garden Suite. My mom celebrated her 72nd birthday here. We just throw her a surprise birthday getaway here. It exceeded her expectations. My family especially my children loved our suite. The staffs are very accomodating and very friendly in welcoming us. All the staffs were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The room was very spacious and with complete amenities which provides a very inviting vibes.”
