“The young man in the front i believe his name is COY gave my brother and I some stellar recommendations for the evening and was very knowledgeable with all the inventory on site and amenities at this facility . Beds are nice very spacious rooms and the bar was cool as good oh and rooms were clean and bathrooms were clean and nice as well…. Lovely bartender as well I didn’t catch her name she was older but she was awesome as hell! The staff here was awesome and made our stay that much better…. The pool area was awesome too.”

“I can not believe what an amazing service we had throughout our entire stay!! The Check in staff were extremely accommodating as we had to change our room layout. Wen was extremely informative about place to go and gave us enough activity’s for 5 days. Staff is super attentive, friendly, and informative. “What a wonderful stay! We were here for a few days at the end of November and had an excellent time. The staff is super courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great, even being in the off-season it was a huge spread and very tasty. Our room was immaculate and my wife was thrilled with the rose petals and wine in the room when we got there. The view from our room was great, I lost count of the number of mule deer just across the creek. 10/10 would stay again.”

Upon check in we were told a rate for the night and on check out the receipt was $30 more. When asked about it the manager was rude ruuuude & because of that we will not return!”

“This hotel was just perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable, the hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The service was majorly above par. We didn’t feel like a burden to the front desk, there was fresh baked cookies put out the night we checked in. We were able to rent movies for no additional charge. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The next time my husband and I go to Cody we will definitely be staying here again and I will recommend it to anyone I know. The location is excellent for anywhere we wanted to go and explore. Just a great experience overall!”

“This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I'm in Casper for work. Their staff is always great, rooms spacious, clean and affordable, and their breakfast is very good! The lobby area is very nice with a lot of seating. The manager has allowed me to use it a few times to visit with co-workers that work locally there - I really appreciate not having to reserve a conference room as I'm not always sure when I'll be there ahead of time, or who will be able to show up and when. Also love the chocolate chip cookies and iced lemon water always available. :)”

“Only stayed for one night, and the room was spacious and clean. Staff could not be friendlier and welcoming, and the free breakfast was great. I had the western omelets and biscuit, with coffee and OJ. They also had a waffle making station, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt - not a bad spread at all. The only bad part was that our room was on the first floor and right next to the kitchen (we did not realize at the time), and we heard loud noises through the early morning hours, as breakfast stays at 6am, which made it hard to sleep. Next time, we will request a room on the higher floors.”

“This is a decent KOA. The sites are gravel and somewhat level with full hookups. The back up to each other and share water and electrical boxes, which can get tight when slides from both RVs are out. Our site was a patio pull through, and the layout was strange. We had to pull way forward to clear our little fence, and our sewer was the furthest one away. Luckily the people behind us were okay with switching sewers with us as they were not hooked up yet. The location to the east entrance of Yellowstone is 53 miles away, which is just over an hour drive. This was a quiet, clean park. My biggest complaint is the extra fees. We were charged a $5 resort fee per day, but because it was after Labor Day the pool and jacuzzi was closed, and the bus ride to the rodeo were closed. I thought it was okay, since we were going to eat the pancake breakfast every morning, but that was closed as well. They don’t even offer trash pickup, so we paid an extra $5 per night for literally nothing. Then there’s the dog fee, $3 per dog, which is okay, but not when I had to pick up dog poo from someone else during setup.”

“Very cute hotel in downtown Jackson, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants galore. The woman who checked us in was very polite. The rooms were clean and they did well creating that western aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Also pet friendly which is a huge plus and did not even charge a pet fee which was a bigger plus. Very affordable, comfortable and cozy. Would highly recommend.”

“We are on our way to Utah for work and stopped here for the night . I had 12 guys and 7 rooms staying and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The gentleman that checked us in was so organized. He had the cards ready for us when we arrived and checked us in quickly and efficiently. We got rooms all on the same floor which was amazing and the rooms were spotless. We also ate at the attached Perkins and the food was good and service was great. I also stopped into the bar for a drink and the bartender was so friendly and nice . Overall an amazing experience .”
