Presentation of food is amazing, all the process is super organized, we had a chance to see the kitchen and taste something special over there. Just keep in mind that all the lunch will take you about 4h but it is worth it. The desert for a special events is served in a very surprising way as well:)”

“The rooms were nice and clean and just like the pictures, the only problem was that the tap water smelled and tasted like chlorine and the smell of chlorine from the pool was so strong that we could smell it in the rooms, I think it might have had too much chlorine because we (3 out of 4 people) had a physical reaction to it. The next day, again only one employee at the reception. The breakfast is quite bad, at the level of a 3-star hotel. It costs 25e(!) but if you want eggs benedict, for example, you have to pay extra. The only thing that is special here is the castle, it's very beautiful, but everything else is far from 5 stars hotel.”

“Great location with easy access to motorway. EV car chargers in the underground car park which was brilliant. Rooms very modern, we had a family room for two adults and two children, this included a bunk bed and a kitchenette. Swimming pool was on the cold side and probably could do with increasing temp by 2 or 3 degrees but once you're in it was okay. Breakfast had a good selection but staff could do with addressing flies and insects landing on food in the buffet. Over all very satisfied with our stay. Thanks all at the Mercure.”

“location by the lake is stunning. the hotel lets itself down. room is a decent size but wasnt clean. there was dirt on the floor and mould in the shower. the restaurant was shut for a private event and although empty at the time (and for a few hours after) we asked, there was no option to eat there. we were then directed to other restaurants in the park (some of which were shut) which were a 15-25min walk away. we then asked to get some drinks at the bar but this was still occupied by the same private hire event. but fortunately the restaurant staff served us take-away drinks which we took to our room and balcony (which was nice and had the company of spiders on their cobwebs which hadnt been cleaned either).”
