The WiFi signal is extremely weak and only accessible in the common areas, where there is constant loud music that nobody requested. The rooms are small and poorly equipped. The kitchen lacks basic items like a cutting board, water heater, and microwave oven, and has only one larger tea cup available for 4 people. Pool closes in the middle of the day for a 3 hour long "lunch break". The resort is far away from the rest of civilization, but could be closer to the sea.”

“Our first experience of Puglia. The hotel was great. Clean, great staff. Rooms were a little small, not able to store 2 suite cases, and shower cubicle was unbelievably small. Took us a couple of goes to work out how to shower without opening the doors and turning shower off at every move. Town itself was very small, plenty of restaurants if you like fish and seafood, but limited otherwise. One recommendation, book at weekends. Plenty of locals using them. Really need a car here, limited transport, although taxi to Ostuni was reasonable.”

“Such a shame that awful management and upkeep spoiled what could be a lovely hotel. We checked out early because of all the problems we had and were told we would get a refund. Since then the manager has refused to process a refund and refuses to respond to messages. I have never felt so ripped off by a hotel This is in NO way a 4 star hotel, the facilities and condition are barely 3 stars. We booked for a week in September to find that our room, a bungalow suite, was shabby, dirty and in need of repair. There was no wifi at all at the room and no mobile reception, we had to ask especially for a coffee machine which seemed to be a problem. The shower didn't work! What was worse was the staff and management. Staff were having audible arguments over breakfast service, we were made to feel like a nuisance for asking for foods which had run out. Cleaning staff just left bags of dirty laundry from other rooms on our porch. A change of management and a refurb is seriously needed!!”

“We stayed for 9 days in this beautiful place in Salento. The transparent sea and the very long sandy beach are the best qualities together with the kindness of the staff. If it is true that the hotel should be renovated because it does not respect the characteristics of a 4 star, the cleanliness, the food combined with the kindness and professionalism of the staff overshadow this aspect. I would recommend this place to those looking for a quiet location a few km from Gallipoli and S. Maria di Leuca which can be reached quickly if you want to spend more "lively" evenings.
