“such a pretty spot to eat!! my family comes here regularly and the food is always spot on, it is high quality & the portions are just the right size to fit in some dessert. depending on the season, they have a different menu card, the only problem I have is that they don‘t always have something vegetarian BUT the chef always cooked something separately if I asked for something without meat. always serving with some fresh bread, oil or butter, also depending on the season. the location is perfect, even for bigger groups, waiters are really friendly and overall it’s worth all the money you spend!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Guesthouse Vienna. The service was outstanding. I had written for advice for Christmas Eve dinner reservations and the hotel staff made DOZENS of calls for me for about a week trying to find something for us! In none of the other 10 hotels we stayed at during our trip did the staff go out of their way to do anything like that! The restaurant even gave me a real fork when we were leaving and I had asked for a takeaway fork! They also did a really cool job with the decor and the smallish space of the rooms. I loved the vibe, and my husband loved the amazing coffee machine in the room and the scented spray for your pillow at night. I also loved the welcome sweets- soo good. We don’t drink much, but I was shocked they offer free wine. What hotel does that? The location is fabulous too! My one regret is that we didn’t have a chance to eat at the restaurant - maybe that would be good- if it could be included. It looked delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“We were well looked after by the team at the Mercury Vienna First. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The bonus of a mini bar with free water and soft drinks was most welcome. Location wise, it is perfect. Despite being close to all the action during the New Year period, it was still remarkably quiet at night with no crowds. Everything was easily accessible either on foot or by public transport. We would certainly return here when we next visit Vienna!”

“Stayed for 4 nights in December 2023. Absolutely fantastic! Room was very clean and modern, and worth the price paid. I suffer from mobility issues so I was so glad that the request made in my booking for the lower bunk was attended to. Location wise, it is just a couple steps from the train and metro station which made going around Vienna a breeze. The best part of this hostel was the privacy screens to pull down on the beds. This really is amazing for anyone (like me) who is slightly on the fence about hostels. Overall, I highly recommend this place!”

“Hotel Motto is a centrally located boutique hotel and we were very happy with our stay here. There is a metro station right outside, which was convenient. Our flight arrived early in the morning and although our room wasn't available yet, the front desk was able to move things around so we could check into another room. Being able to check into a room 6 hours early at no extra charge was so appreciated after a long flight. The room was beautifully designed and had everything we needed. We liked that the tap was ice cold for us to drink right out of, and there was no wait for the hot water to heat up in the shower and the tub. The only real negative was that the thermostat in the room didn't seem to work, and there are no phones in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to ask them to turn the heat up. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay. Give them a follow on instagram and you might win a free night for one of their give-aways like I did :)”

“Compared to a Rome B&B Hotel we stayed at last year, this one was a bit of a let-down. The staff in the lobby were visibly unhappy about having to work during the holidays. Breakfast in the morning was not up-to-scratch as the buffet was not refilled quickly enough. Our room - and the corridor leading to it - was very cold during the first night and the air-con unit had to be continuously on. On the plus side, housekeeping was very friendly and efficient, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay at a B&B Hotel again but probably not this one.”
