“We stayed here for one night during our 5 days cycling trip. It was the first stop and what a wonderful beginning! The receptionist received us with a big smile and made us feel home from minute one. The campsite is in the middle of a forest and it blends perfectly with the nature around. On top of that, they have a nice bar to have a drink (or two) and two different cozy areas to sit and relax. We will definitely come back.”

“This is a very comfortable hotel in a pleasant leafy suburb of Eindhoven. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and all spoke good English. The restaurant and outdoor terrace proved to be very popular, creating a great atmosphere. Air conditioning in the room worked well - luckily, as the temperatures were very high for the time of year. Wifi was free and worked well. There's plenty of free on-street parking available outside too. Breakfast was very good quality, though the range of items was quite small. Coffee was excellent though, and eggs could be cooked to order. The bedroom was spacious enough for 2-3 days but a lack of storage might be a downside for a longer stay.”

“We were here for a wedding. The location is very beautiful. It's relatively well connected to public transport and also well reachable by car. The rooms were nice and could host all hotel guests. The breakfast was also very nice with a lot of choice, not necessarily for vegans, except for Alpro pudding. The prices of the rooms were also good. Definitely recommend.”

“We booked into the site on a touring pitch last minute as we needed an overnight stop on the way to the ferry after a long drive. This is one of the best sites we have stayed on in Europe despite the fact it was closing down for the season. Warm welcome from staff, nice spacious pitches, well maintained petting zoo and a number of toilet/shower facilities located all around the site. I would highly recommend this site and will happily return in the future for a better look around the area”

“I have to clarify that I rated the location based on how nice I thought it was. If I had to rate the accessibility by public transport they would get a failing grade. It takes 25m by car from my house and 99 minutes by public transport. We were there with a large group for a teambuilding/management strategy meeting and used a conference room and a bar in the next room at the end of our day. The service was great and so was the food. One thing I want to mention was that they booked the next guests for the conference room too soon after hours which led to them having to ask if we would please move our group to the bar to make room for their cleaners etc. Which is fine of course but I can imagine it being more of a bother if you don't have a different location to go to.”

“A beautiful remaining hotel with an interesting history. The cuisine is really very good, the choice of food excellent and the restaurant and café itself beautifully designed. There is an outdoor area with lots of seating behind the hotel which is beautifully decorated. In the summer months this area is highly recommended. The rooms are modern and spacious. Breakfast includes a variety of breads, spreads, cheeses, scrambled eggs, fruits, berries and yoghurt. I have stayed at this hotel several times and can absolutely recommend it!”

“We had booked a wheelchair accessible room via the website, and my confirmation email mentioned this fact. Upon arrival, the accessible room was not available anymore and essentially the staff told me that I should have made a special request. Obviously I wanted to show them the confirmation because I *specifically* booked this hotel for the accessible room, but they didn't even want to look at it. Their reply that they couldn't do anything and that I had to contact them via email to follow up and try to get compensation for this didn't lead anywhere, since my emails are just being ignored. So if something goes wrong with this place, as a customer, they politely tell you to go screw yourself, it seems.”

Rooms are small and there's no tv, internet connection is poor and has creaking floors, but that's to be expected from such an old building.
