“Friendly staff in a quiet and peaceful city. Both the property and room were beautiful and well taken care of. I liked that there was an automatic coffee/tea maker in the room with capsules included. The included breakfast was great, but I also highly recommend the restaurant for dinner. If you need internet, the free Wifi was fast, at over 24Mbps, and reliable during our stay. FYI, the restaurant accepts credit cards.”

Hotel restaurant with a beautiful terrac le and a forest view, bowling in the hotel area. Possibility to rent a bike. The only thing we disliked was the rickety bed - your own moves wake you up.”

“A ok camping site. With pretty good wc/showering facilities. Fast check in/out Many smokers and therefore many cigarette buds laying around. Swimming pool was ok a bit cold, the lake nearby had warmer water when we was there in July Nice forest just next to the site. The football pitch was a great feature however i found broken glass on the pitch(i I removed what i found) however the maintenance of it was not good. Reasonably prices. Restaurant was at best ok. We sat outside and there was a sewer smell were we sat which mixed with smoked - not a good combo.”

“Had a great stay here with my 9yr old Grandson. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the Continental breakfast was excellent. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel to take you into the town and the trains station is just down the road to take you to Berlin. Only one small thing is that no one spoke English that I spoke to but maybe that's my fault for not learning some German and we got by with hand waving and pointing 😊 It's a lovely little hotel and I will definitely stay here again next time I come to visit my relatives.”

“Great hotel with a water park, ideal for families with kids. The hotel is very nice, modern and well maintained. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well equipped and have a small kitchenette. The personnel is very friendly and professional. A great advantage of the hotel is the direct connection to the water park and the longer operating hours compared to external guests. A couple of opportunities to improve: 1) The breakfast/dinner buffet could be better. The food quality is good, but the variety is not what we would expect from a 4* hotel. Also, quite pricey for dinner (24€/person) for that food offer. 2) The room cleaning personnel didn't do our beds, they simply cleaned the room (our room was very tidy when we left, so there is no excuse). Again something you would expect from a 4* hotel. Nevertheless, the experience was great and the kids had a lot of fun. We totally recommend it!”

What I did not like: the water one the lake was not very clean, the second day it was very green. The toilets were busy and sometimes you needed to wait for a free one.”
