Lapadska obala 37, 20000, Dubrovnik, Croatia

“Nice location on water front, just a pity there's construction works going on in front of hotel. The hotel is very clean and up to a good standard. Food is of good to high quality, with food allergies taken note of and individual care taken. Drinks are separate and just a little expensive as a small bottle of beer for €4.50 you can purchase a large bottle in a supermarket for €2. Wine and shorts are priced the same. Rooms are a good size with a bath ,shower, toilet, fridge, and kettle for tea coffee facilities. Small balcony just enough for two people to sit out and enjoy a bit of sun. Pool is a generous size with towels and sunbeds in two locations shadier or direct sun. Pool side umbrellas are there to move as well. Staff are on hand 24/7 and are most accommodating. A very nice base to do your exploring from or just relax and enjoy the hotels facilities.”

“This hotel is stellar. From the moment i walked in, the staff were helping me with my bags and welcomed me warmly. Check in was very easy, and they even upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. I loved the view of the bay, and while the bay is public, as a hotel guest you get private elevator access down to the beach. The restaurant was fabulous; i had a lovely dinner the evening i arrived. Of the many places I’ve eaten at in Croatia, this by far was the best, as I’ve found a lot of Croatian food is quite salty for my taste, but the food at this restaurant had quite a nice balance of flavor. I definitely recommend the two truffle dishes, the gnocchi and risotto. The pool was nice and had a view of the sea, and the “hot tub” while warm was not actually very hot. The sauna was great though, you had a dry and a steam sauna. I took a massage as i had slept wrong my first night, and i was not satisfied with the quality as my masseuse used her elbows and it was very painful. The woman who i assume is the spa manager was asking for my feedback and when she saw me give a few 4 stars, she asked what was wrong. I explained everything and she said to come back the next morning for another massage. I was a bit hesitant about it, but the second massage was a lot softer and i was very happy with their level of care and service. The hotel itself is a brisk 15-20 min walk into the old town. You can opt for a bus, but it’s not very intuitive what the bus schedule is. I recommend you download the app as i was able to track the buses this way. Truly wonderful experience overall, and thank you to everyone who made my first time in Croatia and the start of my holiday so lovely and memorable.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool area is stunning. Although a couple of times the Adriatic ended up in the pool, and made it a bit slippery. The pool guys work incredibly hard, Nicky was fab, getting sun beds in the right …”

“We had a delightful time during our wine tasting at Korta Katarina. The entire experience was wonderful, from the tasting and tour to exploring the shop where we could purchase wines, olive oils, and more. The place also offers a charming American twist that adds to its unique atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

Šetalište Marka Marojice 40, 20207, Mlini, Croatia

“Had a great time at the Maistra Mlini Villas a couple of weeks ago. My wife and baby stayed here for a week and we were upgraded to a 1-bed villa upon arrival, after our flight was delayed, which was absolutely gorgeous! We were met with such nice and generous staff, helped us with our luggage to room and even helped us entertain a 6 month old baby throughout our stay. Although it is quite hilly, everywhere is very walkable, even with a baby in a buggy. Nice selection of places to eat nearby, the seafood is great. Could not recommend this place highly enough, pictures don't do it justice.”

Hotel Konavle

Bistroće 67, 20213, Čilipi, Croatia

“Having had our flight cancelled we stayed here for the airport proximity. Highly priced, for basic rooms. A/C didn't work, so not much sleep. Absolute rip off buying 5 drinks and the airport shuffle. A taxi must be cheaper. The staff were friendly and the Hotel is clean.”
