But we feel here as if we are not welcome. Once We stayed after breakfast for an hour to lie by the pool, we were kicked out very rudely, as if we were criminals and did not try to explain the conditions of stay more politely. “We only stayed for 2 nights but this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is right on the beach. There's a pool, spa, restaurant and bar but we didn't use any of it because we were out most of the time so I cant comment on them. Location wise, I found it slightly too far from anything. It's a 10 minute taxi ride to Sunny Beach and the same to Old Nessebar. We would usually take the long walk but strolling wasn't allowed in our tight schedule! Overall, it was a nice stay and I'd stay again if I had more time.”

“Everything at Blue Pearl was still of the greatest standard after our sixth year of visits. The hotel is constantly clean, there are cleaners there who clean your room at the highest standard, and the rooms look immaculate. The food and service were also top-notch. Every employee there was polite, and the security was also very good. They have an among the best parking space that is underground and have 24/7 security which keeps your car very safe it's worth the 8 nights me and my family have had. There may be room for improvement at the gym, such as adding more dumbbells or a mirror. There is also just one functional equipment, and there are not enough dumbbells. The range of activities and entertainment they offer for the kids is of a very high level, and they are very patient with them. The entertainment staff also has a great deal of respect for both adults and children. We enjoyed every minute of our visit, and we definitely plan to come back the following year!”

When entering at 6 pm, the music was turned up very loud , and when we asked to turn it down, we wore told that it was requested as such by some more “important” select people that were having a private business discussion. Local “influential” people. After our departure, as we said we cannot hear one another from the noise, canceling our order, they totally shut down the music, for them to discuss in peace. From accommodation to food, everything sucks. The most important thing on vacation is to at least eat well. But they don't know how to make even a simple omelette. Mashed potatoes are made with water and mucus. At least that's how it looks like it's definitely not edible. I don't understand. You don't have to prepare the best food for us or have a famous chef in the kitchen, but at least give us something edible. And not the same food every day. You only get coffee in the morning, water with a portion only between serving hours. Juices are actually some starchy syrups. Pathetic. The worst decision choosing this Hotel that does not deserve its stars. And my review is the most nicely written.”

“Not for the English. As an English family we was looked at in a very funny way. There was no other English family here and the dinner wasn't to our taste as we are used to English food. They love the season dill here! They put it on everything. The drinks were very strong and there was only a small selection of cocktails you could have. The life guard was miserable. My children cut their feet in the pool so I got them pool shoes and he tried to tell me they wasn't allowed to wear them after getting a translator and the life guard understanding the situation it then wasn't a problem. I would visit Bulgaria again but just not stay at this hotel. The entertainment was only on for 30mins most nights not every night. And they did water gymnastics every morning but that was it.”
