“They gave us the worst possible room which is noisy and full of street lights, at least the curtains could be black out curtains , which isn’t. For a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids), no extra bed was given, expecting us to adjust somehow, we stayed 2 places prior to this in different hotels and extra bed was given proactively. It’s a shame that you’re in business for so long and not even know the basic stuff,asked for extra bed and was denied saying the payment for the same was not done, as we booked the trip through an agency, we expected things to go smooth but staff in not helping in resolving matters rather giving petty reasons. Worst experience ever.”

“The rooms are great with all facities and are spacious rooms. The view from terrace is also good. The staff were very friendly but thier english was a bit difficult to understand. Food was ok but the complementary breakfast they offered only had bread+1sandwitch/cutlet for 3 days which was boring and also just 2 bread slices after which they asked for additional charges🥲 but the other food we ordered were good. Overall good hotel and worth the stay.”

“The location is really beautiful, It is at the end part of Cherapunjee, on a clear sky day you can capture the beautiful sunset and sunrise. There are basic amenities, but the service is not great, we had decided to have dinner and it took 30 miniutes just for the food to arrive. The food was just ok. The staff is limited,hence, takes time for the food to arrive. The rooms were fine but the locks for all the doors were broken, the geyser did not work. Except for that the rooms were nice. Overall the experience was just fine.”

“Our stay in the hotel was great, the staff was quite mannered and helpful. The resort is build on mountain so you have to climb down for your room but staff members helped us with the luggage. The food was pretty tasty and good. The view of the room as well as dinning room view is beautiful. This was the only place in Meghalaya where we had buffet system breakfast.”
