Even a man can't enter the bathroom until he closes the main door. But when it comes to its cleanliness, they are doing well. Even the room service is also good.. All the fellow staffs are so humble and professional. They know very well how to greet their guests. Totally disappointed with the pool location. As it is the centre of the property. No sunlight directly comes to heat up the water. So cold water that you can't enjoy in all weather seasons.”

“I recently stayed in Peerless. The hotel is located in a good place, and the rooms are fine; but the service is terrible here. The staff are usually unwilling to work. It took time for them to prepare the room even after checking in. They could not also provide relevant information about the area. More disturbingly, while checking out, the staff at the reception could not give a complete bill because of "problems in the system". At check-out, I booked a cab for dropping me off at Howrah (about 6km). They charged me Rs 2500 quoting same price as airport drop (usual Uber price for the drop at Howrah is around Rs 300), and could not give me a bill for it after trying for 15 minutes. Since I already paid the complete bill, I could not do anything at that point. All I could request was to send me the bill to my email; but it has been four days since then and I am yet to receive the bill. I am even unsure whether the charges were real. Overall, I am not going to stay at Peerless ever again, and I will advise everyone against it.”
