“-Extrem long line for breakfast with three poor staff people, opposite of a stressless breakfast, process totally ineffient, cold eggs, one day disgusting coffee -Cleaning staff were entering the room without knocking, in our case during a really inpropriate situation when the room was for the das already cleaned. on the reception we have been told that is our fault, because we didnt insert the card. But light and air con worked without the card. There is no sign for explanation. -the doors are badly isolated, you hear everything in the hallway, expecially when closed, during night really annoying. -we expected from a business hotel good english. But normally they werent english skills or really basic. -Foreign plates get a paper in the windshield that they are not responsible for breakins etc. eventhough they have a camera -In general the facilities are good, but the processes are ineffienct”

The rooms are clean, confortable and relaxing. Free internet and private car parking. You can also find a swimming pool in the green area garden. Cute restaurant special atmosfere. Menu a la carte: pizza is amazing, tasty meat, fresh fish, homemade pasta, prime choice of appetizer... yummy dessert! Average price. Family run place, very friendly. The spa itself is calming and has an extensive array of options, including three different saunas. We loved the herb sauna most and also enjoyed a wonderful treatment, the two masseuses were skilled and professional.”

“Spaahhhhh-mazing. The spa is simple, clean, and totally ready to soothe you. After a journey to Venice, my body was hurting. I had an amazing massage. I extended it (50 minutes 55 euro. 30 more minutes 40 euro) and the spa access (water circuit pool, ice bucket shower, emotional sensory shower, multiple other saunas)was 30 euro. He told me 115 was good. What an awesome experience! Feeling so much better for my flight home. Don’t hesitate to book. I was able to chat with them on WhatsApp. Semi language barrier once I was there, but manageable. Kinda wish I stayed over here. Beautiful grounds.”

“Lovely hotel maybe 10 min outside Pesaro town center. Gorgeous grounds with a maze of gardens and statuary everywhere. Beautiful pool area. Pretty much everyone spoke enough English. Hotel staff at desk were so nice and helpful. Wait staff was excellent. Room was a little stark and did not have many drawers to unpack. That said, we were comfortable. Breakfast included although not much for my tastes...good croissants and hard boiled eggs. Scrambled eggs very uncooked for my taste. Coffee was hit and miss...one day strong, next weak. Lovely, relaxing breakfast room. No restaurant on premises. There was one in walking distance but food was fair. Pizza was good. Lovely garden patio front and back.”

But, best of all, was the bend-over-backwards service from every single employee in the hotel. The valet parking took care of the biggest problem in Italy. Prices were reasonable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. We opted for dinner also and we’re not disappointed (see my separate review of Wine Not).”

“Fantastic views from the restaurant terrace. The shuttle service to take you to the beach works perfectly as parking is always difficult at the beach, so leaving your car at the hotel saves stress and is a huge benefit. The restaurant has great views over the bay and the setting sunset. For us the food was the least favourite part as the food was not as good as other restaurants in the area. We ate there only because it saved the hassle of driving elsewhere. The rooms are small, and noisy. It is easy to hear other guests.”

“Highly recommended place to stay. Amazing seaview rooms. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Reasonable Covid-measures. But it is the staff who makes the hotel truly special and extraordinary. We couldn’t ask anything they didn’t try to help with. After the first 4 booked nights, we extended our stay and spent 11 nights in the hotel all together. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back anytime. I had an interview during our stay, and the kind receptionists made everything they could to make my situation easier.
