“Had a pleasant stay at Exotic Hotel with my family young child and elderly. Room was really clean, bathroom spacious and clean. Hot water and good breakfast. The staff was thoughtful and told us to just rest and go to bed and can do the check in procedures the next day as we arrived quite late at midnight. This hotel is situated in a lane where there is no crowd and it's so peaceful, a really short walk to golden temple. The team really took care of us well. Lift is currently being installed which will be useful for the future. Note that your vehicle won't be allowed in this area, so if you have lots of heavy luggage might have to get a rickshaw to get there”

Talking about terrace... we in a group of 14 people (7couples) experienced a bad taste of food and poor service... food was coming from ground floor, until it used to reachvus, food was ice cold. When asked waiter to serve , he said utna hi serve karoonga jitna order kiya hai.. though food platter was present on table , but he was so reluctant to go on other side of table to pick the platter and serve to the other side... Stags were allowed to smoke haphazardly around family on terrace... no restriction to them for somikng in a designated area.. So In total Food was cold and taste was just ok. People smoked around... Waiter (floor captain ) was so non cordial.. Shame on AH 1.. WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT COMING AGAIN... OTHERS SHOULD ALSO THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING IT A CHOICE FOR FAMILY DINNER..”

“Had a great stay with family in the month of May. We had 4 rooms and one of the rooms was upgraded to the next category. None of the rooms have balcony. The second room on floor 1 is their premium room and I got that 👍🏻. The staff right from front office to housekeeping to reception all of them are really warm and do the best they can to make your stay comfortable. The buffer breakfast spread was lovely. Hotel location is great, right on Majitha road. Now some areas where the management can work to earn those 2 deducted stars: The hotel has no outside food policy,which is ok! But after the guest has ordered outside food and has received, the hotel has the audacity to ask the guest to dispose that food right in front of them but not consume it. And the reason given was super duper lame. The qty of towels both hand and bathing given in the room were unplanned. The food price and portion just don't match, which is discouraging. No recreation activity for kids except swimming pool. Think of adding some indoor board games for the guests.”

We booked using make my trip which says lunch and breakfast included but when we reached property they said food will not be served and you need to pay extra for that , they did not informed this while booking or before reaching hotel. Corridor of floor are so hot it's very difficult to stand and wait for lift, when we complained about that they advised to stay in room and avoid standing long in corridor. Really we had a very bad experience with this property and MakeMyTrip booking.”
