“The hotel is absolutely lovely and in the right place. China town in KL is a bustling place, with so many attractions nearby and live street music in the evening and oh what nice food in the surroundings. Apart from the perfect location, the hotel itself was really comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. The cost of room was minimal but again we were charged RM 30 for Tourism Tax which should be clear to us by Agoda upfront. Anyhow, the room was a Queen bed, the lift was smooth and not too crowded, clean place, nice people all the nice amenities. Next time i come to KL i will definitely stay here.”

“from the moment you enter this is place you feel welcomed from the employees. We had the pleasure to stay for two nights in the King den-KL city view. The view was simply incredible! we kept our curtains open the whole time! I would add that Even if the room is directly on the street, its a double window so you cant hear anything! We slept so well The room was clean and beautiful. We had a small issue with the sheets but nothing important. Staff was friendly. we had the breakfast and late night cocktails at the restaurant and everything was good! it took a Little bit of time to give our orders but no big deal. for the Price of the room & everything else i would gladly come back!”

“It was the worst experience overall. Once you enter the reception they will direct you to an agent, where they collect the money and there's no reception nor do they give any receipt. The jet spray was broken and the shower pipe was leaking. As per the staff there is no maintenance team in the night. The air conditioners were not cooling, nor was the water heater working. Cleanliness was not UpTo the mark, nor was the suite maintained well. Not worth the money and the attitude of the staff was not good. Thankfully I had booked it only for the first night in Kuala Lumpur, so didn't end up spoiling my entire trip. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in the same accommodation.”

“The so-called "Deluxe Triple Room" in Hotel Big M was exactly like the Superior Double room except for an extra single bed. There was no mirror in the room, and all three occupants were supposed to use the mirror in the bathroom for getting dressed. The toilet flush in the room was defective, and to make matters worse, the room was exactly in front of a train track on which trains run from 6.00 am to midnight. The train track was just a few feet away and at the same level as the room. When asked for a different room, they only offered a superior double without a window.”

“We came slightly late but our table was prebooked and was set beautifully by the window (not for the faint hearted). The menu was fantastic and our server recommended some of the best. We enjoyed it very much and reordered as much as we could since there is a one and half hour time limit. We would definitely do this again as nothing in the menu could be faulted in any way! “Great stay! Room and hotel has a bit of a funk edge to it. Rooftop pool is nice with temperature well regulated so likely warmer than you think. Nice reading/lounge room next to it too. Bed was comfy, room spacious and shower a bit of fun. The shower spirals and can be lit up with alternating colour lights. Different.”

The bed was extremely comfortable and over all I felt really cozy and safe here. I enjoyed the nice rooftop space on the fourth floor. “Staying in Trillion Suites for the first time while staying in KL . This hotel has been amazing for the price we payed . Staying in the Delux room was amazing with the little apartment / rooms being very luxurious and offering all that is needed . From a washing machine to an iron , fridge oven , stove and even pots and pans ! Waking up to a scenic view in the heart of KL . Trillion suites is honestly walking distance from the pavilion and petronas twin towers. A very suitable destination to allow you to explore the city on your feet ! All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . We felt very welcomed ! Only downfall was breakfast . The breakfast buffet wasn’t the freshest and there was no ice when we requested ice with our juice for breakfast . Furthermore there was only one salt shaker going around which was quite odd . Where we had to borrow the salt shaker from other tables . Finally , fruit and veggies were not so fresh and clean . However some meals were delicious like the chicken dumplings , mushroom soup , and noodles . Overall it was a great stay and would definitely recommend trillions suites to all !”

“Our stay was generally pleasant. The 3-bedroom suite offered spacious rooms at a reasonable price point. However, the air conditioning in the master room struggled to cool adequately despite being set to 20 degrees. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the availability of a washing machine was a convenient perk for doing laundry during our stay. One downside was the occasionally crowded lift, leading to longer waiting times. I would suggest adding "Do Not Disturb" signs in the rooms for guests' convenience.”

“The location of the hotel was relatively good as it was quite close to many shopping centres and Times Square. The staff were quite friendly and had a great sense of humor. The lobby was a vibe and was quite nice also. However, the toilets and showers were very dirty with many mould stains and such. The beds were quite dirty and we're very itchy to sleep in. All corners of the room was filled with dust and mould and such. A bad hotel room for good and friendly staff. Take ur pick.”

“We enjoyed our stay in there, the view is great and the location is fantastic. Air conditioning was great. Everything was sparkling clean. The only thing which I’m not even complaining, only caused a bit of inconvenience was the bond money. We had planned for our changed money and didn’t want to exchange again when going back. But had to do so. Again, it’s not a big deal at all, and we loved the place. Recommended:)”
