“We had an amazing time at the Westin Annapolis this past week. We came for the Military Bowl and were grateful we were within walking distance to the stadium. The Westin Annapolis has exceptional service at the front desk. They are ready to help you in any way and vallet was quick, even though they were slammed with the team fans. We were able to walk to the heart of Annapolis for dinner one evening. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the hotel and take you around town. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times and although they were also slammed (bowl game team fans...us), they were able to easily manage the volume. We didn't bring our pup but the hotel is pet friendly and we loved seeing the visiting pets throughout our stay. The hotel is built very well because we could never hear much noise outside of our room and we were in front of a busy street. I never heard anyone in the hallway and I'm a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was way nicer than I was expecting. Granted, it’s costs $200 so it better be nice. It’s still one of the cheapest options in the National Harbor area. The room was big and spacious with a kitchen, to include a coffee maker, stove, full size fridge/ freezer, (no microwave). Couch, roomy bathroom, comfortable bed (pillows too deflated, need to improve them). Overall tho I still give it 5 stars, had a Christmas party at the Gaylord and would have been pointless to spend $400+ to stay there when Residence Inn had everything and is across the street. Parking is extra $24.”

“Stopped overnight on our long drive home. Room we picked was larger than normal, liked that you can pick your room at check-in on the app, and they even show you the floorplans, so you can pick your room based on size, near elevator or ice machine, etc. Room was oversized (#614). Everything was clean, beds firm, lots of pillows. Only issue for us was it was a bit dark, they could use a few more lights in the room, because it was so big. Breakfast was standard fare, I would skip the eggs (but they did have these hard boiled eggs in take away pouches which was neat) plenty of choices what to eat. Only issue I had was their computers were down to reboot when we tried to leave. Why not reboot at like 3am,why do it during the morning rush?”

“We arrived 11-25-23 and was pleasantly welcomed by Tasha. There was ample parking in the lot. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was nice and included refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Desk and chair as well as small sofa with a table accompanying it which was great to sit and enjoy my meal while my man consumed his meal at the desk. I saw a business area with couple computers and printer although I did not use them. Nor did I visit the pool. There is a nice area outside situated a good distance from the lobby where there are benches and receptacle to dispose of cigarette butts. First hotel I can say we've patronized to be so thoughtful for those who choose to smoke. The lobby area was well lit when I came down in the evening and the doors were locked at a certain hour. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked. I recommend this location when staying in the Baltimore, Maryland area.”

“Came here out on a leisure trip. Very impressed with this hotel. Check in was quick and they were very friendly, room was very nice and clean. Beds were very clean as well. Breakfast was good, and the woman tending to the food are was very attentive and polite. Got snowed in during the one day of our stay, and went swimming. Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. The hotel was being renovated at the time of writing this review and seems to be making some very nice improvements.”

“Hampton Inn at Ocean City was a nice experience. I came mainly to go see the wild horses at Assateague Island and in hopes of getting some great seafood (I got the seafood pizza from one of the local shops it was great). Only thing was the balcony door was not able to shut or open properly but the hotel was quick to create a solution while we were there. Also I must say it is always nice to have a decent free weight gym at the hotel so in the down time from being at the broad walk or out and about you can get a great pump in. I recommend this location and it looks like a lot of fun in the summer time!”

“We had a really great experience at this hotel! The location is great as it is right near everything at the Inner Harbor and very close for walking to everything in that area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean! The hotel felt historic and modern at the same time. We had a nice view from our windows too! The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable and we had a nice sleep. The bathroom is small, and we wished the layout had been a little more convenient, but for a one night stay, it was sufficient. We used valet parking and it was very helpful as the area is not the greatest for parking otherwise. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was a pretty typical hotel breakfast, but sufficient.”

“I’m not a complainer, but I feel it necessary to give an honest review because of our disappointment with this facility. We chose to stay here because of the positive reviews we saw online. It was a distance from the Annapolis waterfront area we preferred, but we thought the reviews justified our decision. We were wrong. The facility looked good from the outside and inside with the renovations that were done. The room, however, was decidedly poor. Outlets for devices on both sides of the bed were defective; there was a ceiling vent in the bathroom shower area that was rusted and in need of replacement; there was poor water flow in the bath sink; there was NO water from the shower. The young man at the front desk called for fix it help at 9:00 pm, but the help never came. Finally, I called the front desk and politely but firmly asked for another room - a thing which should have been done but wasn’t offered when I first reported the above problems. So at 9:30 pm, we were packing up and moving for an acceptable shower and rest. Summary: Appearances - B+ Cleanliness - A Attitude of front desk representatives - B+ Response of staff to problems - F Quality of room - F Value - F We were mistaken in our faith in this facility. This is not the experience we think of when we think Crown Plaza. The good reviews of this property, in our opinion, are considerably overstated. We would NOT stay at this property again. It gives Crown Plaza a bad name.”

“Our stay was so amazing! We were in one of the Bayside rooms for labor day weekend. The poolside bar was awesome, they had a live guitarist and the bar also served food. Prices were very reasonable. The front desk staff provided us with daily breakfast vouchers, a voucher for two free glasses of wine, and complimentary beach chairs. The golf cart driver (Pineapple) was super nice too bringing us to the beach! We would definitely stay again 100%.”

“Stay was 20-25 August 2023 for business trip. Overall, the hotel grounds were nice, however, I did see many big dog owners who did not pickup their dog’s pop like required. They are normally the ones who won’t. I don’t prefer hotels that allow pets. Also, there was a huge dog that would bark when you walked past that door on first floor and start another little dog up. I saw two cats in two different rooms in the windows. Someone like me with allergies has no chance in a place like this. Room was okay, nice to have a kitchen but there was a food smell, that I think was in the back of refrigerator that I could not get to that would flare up when the room door was opened. I sprayed enough but never got rid of it. Walls kind of thin, because one night, I felt like I was part of a couple’s conversation (him on the phone with her) and I could have given him some pointers. Thank goodness that lasted an hour. Breakfast had hot and cold and was good. Vents were dirty which I had to clean; housekeeping needs to check better before stating a room is ready. Overall, it was a quiet stay, their social not much to go to, great parking, walked the park across from hotel, convenience of being on post. However, pets will push me off post.”

“We stayed here for a company event, and I was not disappointed. Perfect location, you can walk to everything. The valet greeted us immediately, making parking easy. The hotel staff was fantastic, from check-in to check out, everyone was fantastic. Our room was impeccably clean, and I love the design. The midcentury modern vibes were pretty on point. I love that they source their teas, coffee, toilet paper, and other supplies from local or minority owned businesses. You get the feeling that the owners are great people doing great things in their community, and I imagine they're great to work for. If they weren't, their staff wouldn't be as great as they are. I'm looking forward to coming back!”

“We are Marriott Rewards Gold members, and were Titanium before the pandemic. Residence Inn is our favorite brand, and we have stayed at Residence Inns all across the country. This particular Residence Inn is a very nice property in a great location. It is the second time we’ve stayed there. The breakfast is terrific, and all the workers in the breakfast room are excellent, especially Silvia, who is a ray of sunshine. So why the middling review? One reason - check-in was a total fiasco. We checked in online and requested a 1 pm check-in. We actually got there at 2 and were told no rooms were available, but no one offered to let us know when a room was available. So we checked back at the desk at 2:30. The guy there let us know there was a room on the second floor but it was adjacent to the breakfast area and this noisy. We appreciated his guidance. He assured us that if we came back at 3, he would have a nice room on a high floor for us. We came back at 3:15 to find someone else next to us getting an 11th floor room. The guy told us we could have a room on the penthouse level, which we were happy about. But then it got confusing. He said the room was now showing as unavailable - not booked, but just unavailable. He checked with his manager and confirmed it was unavailable. In the absence of a clear explanation, I can only assume the manager pulled back the upgrade in case they got a better revenue opportunity. Finally at about 4 pm (3 hours after our requested check-in, and one hour after normal check-in), they gave us a room on the 4th floor. Our view for six days was a wall - and a trash dumpster. The room itself was fine, but after having the offer of a penthouse upgrade rescinded, it was a bitter pill to stare at a wall and a trash dumpster all week. We also noticed that the front desk personnel were aloof. They generally didn’t look up or say hello as we were coming and going. I have no idea why, but speculate that morale must be poor. To be clear, this is a very nice Residence Inn, but on principle I don’t think we’ll stay there next year when we come to Bethesda.”
