“We were warmly welcomed by the accommodating and helpful staff upon our arrival. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Complete on what you expect in a hotel room. We stayed for two nights, and I can say it was a fantastic experience overall. Room Size:The double queen bed was perfect for my family, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city of pines. Cleanliness: Room were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping maintained it throughout our stay. Breakfast: Includes variety of options including hot and cold items. Service: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Others: Water dispenser with hot and cold in each floor. Free coffee in the lobby area. I recommend it to anyone seeking a reasonable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire team at Microtel by Wyndham Baguio for making our trip so wonderful!”

“The room we had was really small. There was no place to put things on. There was only 1 chair and 1 very small side table. The stairs also looked creepy. But what made this place priceless for me was the excellent service from the staff and the parking. Staff quickly responded to requests and were very friendly. Since this hotel is by session road, it's good for travelers without cars.”

“Rooms are spacious, affordable and clean. Hotel strategic location is important edge to consider since its walking distance from Burnham park, night market, SM Baguio and terminal bus stop. Breakfast is buffet with limited choices but good for not picky eater. At the time of our visit, it seems there are ongoing renovation so dont expect perfect relaxing atmosphere but we enjoyed our stay as a whole.”

“Visited late 2022 and just tried the breakfast buffet. We arrived in Baguio before 7 and this is one of the few breakfast spots open early. Our friend picked us up from the bus station and parking in the hotel basement was easy. The lobby was impressive and after having come from a long bus ride, we were happy to freshen up in their well-appointed restrooms. Food at the buffet was fairly good but we felt it was about 15-20% overpriced for the selection. Not sure if they've adjusted the price or beefed up their spread since then. If you're a checked-in guest and you get this as your complimentary breakfast, it's not a bad deal at all, but I wouldn't go back there just for the breakfast buffet. The merienda buffet seems like a much better deal plus you get a better view from the balcony so I'd like to come back for that. Hopefully that will deserve 4-5 stars. The hotel is in a good location, fairly central but in a quieter part of Baguio.”

“Arrived at the hotel and paid cash for a room. After paying, I viewed the room and noticed a bad smell, and lack of aircon. Also there was no view out the window, just a concrete wall. I went a few minutes after viewing the room to request a refund, but was given only something like 75-85% due to their refund policy (I was only in the room for a few minutes). Do not recommend, there are much better hotels in the same price range.”

“For those who are on a very strict budget for accomodations in Baguio City, this can be an option (but I won't really recommend). If you have a vehicle, then this place can be good. Not recommended if you just plan to commute going to the city proper. The staff is okay, but for cubicles you'll need to rent an electric fan. Plus, the bed don't have a plywood underneath so you'll feel the metal frames underneath the bed mattress. The view is also just okay.”

“where do i begin? the parking lot was okay, the check-in process was quick. but when we got to the room, the smell was musty. the bathroom ceiling had molds. the way the water came out of the shower head felt like it can bore through my head. it was also very noisy, we could hear people shouting at each other on the street below. we asked to change our room and they gave us another which was only a floor above. same problems. the next day, they gave us another room, quieter and more spacious. i do thank the staff for being accommodating, understanding and helpful. i hope the rooms get renovated.”
