We especially enjoyed our dinner server Fabian who was so kind, knowledgable and hospitable. They have an endless amount of options for saunas, baths and more. We really appreciated the medical care and program. Dr. Cappy who is the medical director was amazing. He was a life saver for me. I could not be more grateful for his expertise and consideration. We will definitely be going back.”

The spa resort is available for other hotels around and one day visitors, recommend, especially during a weekend, to ask the hotel for pool chairs reservation.. it was difficult to find nice, free sunbeds.. the hotel didn't inform us about the reservation possibilities..”

“The food here is not only delicious, the portion sizes are absolutely wack. On the menu, everything looks a tad pricey compared to other eateries in Bruck, but once you see the portions... Well let's just say that the value here is unbeatable. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, and despite the place being quite busy (including a pretty large birthday party), we didn't have to wait too long for service. The staff were friendly and quite chill, the food was very quick, and the experience overall was really good. Towards dhe end of our meal, the waitress brought us a bag to pack our leftovers in without us even asking which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely stopping by here again any time I'm close to Bruck!”

“The room was very spacious, and the hotel was in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly, but upon arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed because 75% of staff had covid. While this was a little worrying to stay in a hotel with an outbreak of covid, it also meant we had to travel 15 minutes back to town to find an alternative restaurant. Other than that it was great.”

“We had a fantastic time at Gasthaus Kreen, and we wish we could've stayed longer. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade upon arrival from the hotel to the residence, and what a delightful surprise it was! Apartment number 3 had the most stunning view of the valley. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with high-quality linens and exquisite toiletries. Our breakfast basket, filled with fresh local ingredients and delicious bread, was delivered to us every morning. We dined at the restaurant, and it was one of our favorite meals during the trip. We even tried to return for dinner on our second night, but it was fully booked for the following evening. The Greisslerei offered an amazing selection of groceries, marinated fish, and pasta if you felt like preparing your own meal. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They made sure we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Overall, it was an incredibly memorable stay and one of our favorite places.”

“Awesome place. The room is clean and it was extremely quiet. I didn’t hear a sound in the room and it was near silent outside. Great to get away from the noise in the city. The free breakfast was amazing and there was a lot of food including eggs and yogurt that is not in the picture. Can’t beat this place. This is where I would stay if I am ever in the area again.”

“Just returned after staying for a week. The location couldn't be better, sat opposite the main gondola. The food was spot on - great quality and plenty of choice. The staff are also brilliant - they are friendly, attentive and really helpful. Having boarded in Austria several times in the past, I echo some of the other comments in saying this is way more that a 3* hotel and the food, staff and rooms are better than some of the 4/5* places I have stayed before.”

“Located in the center of the town - 10 minutes from the ski slopes. The receptionist (who seems to be the hotel manager) only speaks German and don't expect to be treated kind or to apologise after even such a big mistake as mixing up rooms and reservations. The whole facility is around 40 years old as I assumed and the lack of proper maintenance and renovation starts to show both on the interior and the furniture. The restaurant is good yet really basic in terms of the offered meals. It is not the hotel you'd imagine to be 4 star.”

“Incredibly bad service with an overwhelmed staff which apparently is not able to handle the extra bookings during a busy GP night… The waitress talked back to us basically complaining about the fact that the restaurant is busy and using it as an excuse for not attending us for 45 mins (after food has been served)! Our opinion… either do not accept that many guests and keep your service at an acceptable level or hire additional service. For the fact that the hotel has 4 stars, I am appalled by the treatment as a paying guest. No sign of remorse when we have been providing the feedback… only providing excuses. No words left. By far the worst restaurant experience of our lives.”
