Pool was shallow at all points and most kids over 4' can touch bottom. Complimemtary Breakfast was best I've had at any hotel of this style.”

“Very pleasant experience from the quality of rooms to the exceptional service from staff. A group of us showed up late for the continental breakfast, but the chef came back to prepare eggs, taquitos and/or omletes for us all. Soundproof throughout the building ensured no sounds from the elevator, hallways, or couldn't even hear water running for showers above, below, or beside us. Beautiful view of river or city available. Definitely recommend this hotel for your next visit.”

“Rooms are clean, friendly service. For rooms and staff solid 5 stars. $185 for a night and no bottles with drinking water in the rooms, even cheap motels usually provide water... Please provide water for your guests... not asking for something more. The pool/ hottab (taped with a yellow tape like a crime scene) closes at 10 pm, so it is useless if you come a bit late. Breakfast is okay, not the best, not the worst. Overall, it's not a bad hotel”

The pool has 2 waterslides, a standalone and one connecting to the pool, which was perfect for my swimmer. Our car wouldn’t start because of the cold, so the manager of the hotel went to GM the car dealership and got us a booster pack. Finally, we were able to get our car started to head back to Alberta. We travel across Canada several times a year, and stay in many hotels. Not only did the customer service go above and beyond.. but the breakfast was actually good, real eggs, a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were very clean, and spacious (we stayed in a suite). Thank you so much to the staff at Quality Inn.”

“Overall I had a really good experience here. The location was excellent, close to the main highway and nearby many restaurants and a supermarket. The staff was nice and always willing to help. The rooms were appropiately warm and fresh. The soundproofing was excellent, a couple of time there were events held in the ground floor but absolutely no sound or nuisance in the rooms! However, the breakfast was really lacking in variety, offering the same everyday and not particularly tasty either. The cleanliness could have been better, I found a bug or two in the room during my stay. It just feels a bit old.”

“Me and my family were crossing Canada in February and it was -30. Me and my wife called another hotel (wish I could remember the name) and we booked our room and confirmed over the phone there wouldn't be a deposit. When we showed up in Regina after driving 12 hours this hotel decided to surprise us and basically did the opposite of everything we asked. Thankfully their was one room left at the Holiday Inn for me and my family to get off the road. Great friendly staff and none of the other surprise issues or ambushes. The rooms were great and the location is around a bunch of superstores and great road infrastructure around the hotel plus it is a simple hop skip and jump onto the Trans Canada highway. Thank you to the Holiday Inn for their hospitality, honesty and integrity. When I remember which hotel betrayed my families trust I will put the honest 1 star review up for them.”
