“Spent 4 nights here. Good things: - Insanely polite and helpful service. All of them: reception, bar, spa, restaurant, cleaning service, everyone. - New, clean and bright rooms with spacious bathrooms, tea and coffee. - Dogs- and children-friendly. - Buildings have rooms for your skis and other equipment to dry. - Resort's computer system available through the room tablet makes it easier to order room service. - The resort offers a decent selection of Polish books and board/card games to borrow while you're there. - Beautiful area around the resort, a few hiking trails, nice views from the windows. - Good breakfast with a broad choice of dishes and a few rotating ones, so things don't get boring. - Clean saunas, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Minor complaints and improvement ideas: - The floor right outside the pool are (next to the massage area entrance) is insanely slippery when wet. - The sauna door is always slightly ajar letting out the hot air. Might be worth adjusting it a bit. - The sauna itself could be hotter and some water to pour over the hot stones would be appreciated. - I'd consider expanding the board games options. "7 wonders of the world" would be a nice one addition. - Adding an online reservation system for the spa services may make life easier for the guests. Potentially for the staff as well. - It would be helpful if the room's tablet also showed the breakfast and dinner menus for a given day. - Could use a pavement connecting the resort to the main road but that's outside the control of the resort.”

“A wonderful, cozy, tranquil hotel located in a Beskids mountain resort area, dedicated staff. I stayed in the apartment with the private terrace with the garden view. Must try is the jacuzzi or sauna, whichever you prefer. I spent 1 hour soaking in a jacuzzi. It was heaven. Also, breakfast was so good. Many locally sourced delicious items on the menu, definitely not from the store. I highly recommend visiting. Best value for money.”

“Upon my arrival I was told that my reservation didn't go through and I wasn't charged anything yet. After seeing the room I decided to leave since the room was small, dirty and unacceptable. After my departure the hotel used my info and manually entered my billing info and charged me 3 nights stay! ( my CC company notified me about it ) Lack of class and basic professional integrity.....all I can say. Really Sad!”

“No matter how much frog will pump itself, it will not be an alligator. A nice place that looks much better than it offers. Breakfasts are more less ok in terms of food, yet served only between 9.00 and 10.00 nobody knows why, any attempt to do some hiking with such timing makes no sense. Food tables are small and without any sense of ergonomics - instead of being approached from both sides only from one. Long line of awaiting people. Water tanks for coffee are to small - another line. Only one place for fire and one for grill - to little I assume. Service is a point - our room has not been cleaned for 2 and 3 days in a row (including garbage). Rooms - hmmm, Polish standard 80' - no fridge, A4 standard TV made in XX century, bathroom in size of 4m2, tiny shower cabin made from materials with old, old times . And the beds - any move it squeaks - wooden single old ones. Some bright sides - good kitchen, not to expensive. Nice (yet not that big pool) and bania. Good place for trips in all directions. Many (yet expensive) opportunities like horse riding or tennis. To sum up - nice place with some limitations - yet some improvements are required.”

We had always unforgettable moments there: sleigh ride in the winter , barbecue during a autumn period when the trees were changing colours and the whole surrounding was just unrealistically beautiful. I remember the nicest wedding parties, birthday celebration and more… oh what a beautiful childhood nostalgia. That’s a perfect spot to escape from everything and everyone!”
