“Stayed 2 nights during Sikkim Tour, we rate the Royal Heritage is the best among other 2 hotels . Food is excellent but quantity little bit less and all the items we ordered was good and our special appreciation to the Chef, Owner and Team. All the staffs are friendly and supportive, rooms are maintained in very good condition. Only the issue we encountered with the poor we enjoyed our stay in Royal Heritage. “An awesome place to live -in(peacefully). Revisited this place after 3 years, the staff got better but the food in here needs little improvement. Had a great stay here... the staff were very cooperative and helpful. The manager was friendly and did a great job. The only fact that was off is that the rooms have insufficient winter amenities and warming facilities. Also, the electricity here is fluctuating. So, make sure y'all carry necessary power banks. But the location is epic and worth every time. See y'all soon!”

Kudos to the entire team for creating a memorable experience! We were booked for Suave category room but after requesting Hotel staff upgraded the room to Suite.. Suite category room is really good compared to Suave.... Suave is not good for family as its very small in size....that's only for if you are going for business trip. I was very lucky and thanks to staff who upgraded my room to Suite...”

“We had an excellent stay there in Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling, Sikkim. All Staff members were courteous and very helpful. Rooms had amazing Kanchenjunga Mountain range view, you can also see the glowing mountains after sunrise right from the hotel balcony. Food was very tasty, if you want any alterations done in the printed food, they did that too for us. Would really like to stay there again whenever we go next. Location is great, just in the middle of the Pelling. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists going there.”
