“We've stayed at Best Western Art Plaza Hotel just for a one night last weekend... or I should rather say half night as we had a flight home at 6:00 AM the next day. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center, few steps from Vitosha Boulevard. The room was very spacious and easily fit our family of four. Everything needed was in there, including a small mini bar. Room was clean and tidy with quite nice huge balcony (top floor). As we had to wake up and leave really early, we were offered a packet breakfast (fruits, sandwiches, water) which was a nice surprise as well as 10EUR discount ...due to lobby being renovated. We had only an hour or two to see a a part of Sofia so we're planning to go back and we'll definitely stay at Best Western again.”

“Definitely not a 4 star hotel, for one night we paid the same price as for an airport hotel. Room was fine but unfortunately the lights were going on and off alone. Breakfast was unacceptable. Definitely if we will visit Sofia again we will not stay there again!”

“Rooms dated but very clean , excellent shower . Reception helpful and friendly . Location was great for us bus ride into the centre and in walking distance to the stadium . Breakfast experience a little weird, it's served until 9.30 am which means at 9.30 on the dot the lady removed everything from the dining room and stood over us while we finished eating , even taking my saucer as I lifted my cup to drink ..... hilarious”

“❗️WARNING❗️ Do not book this hotel. No warm water during our whole stay. It’s unacceptable when you pay about 80-90 € /night Despite it was clean, and pretty nice looking rooms and ok location , was this the worst hotel we ever stayed at. We couldn’t take a shower for the whole stay. 3 nights. The staff was only there during daytime. We were told we could reach them on telephone in evenings, but they didn’t answer the calls and no cell phone number was to find. When we eventually saw one of the staff, she first said that we should wait some minutes with an open tap, to get warm water . Didn’t work at all. Day 3 the staff blamed the city, about the cold water and told us it was fixed. It wasn’t. When we talked to other guests they told us that they have had warm water once, in 3 day , so more likely than that it was the Sofia city’s fault, it was probably the hotels warm water system that was too weak for more than 1-2 guests showers.”
