“The hotel building is old, not sure if this is theme they were going or it is just truly old structure. It is located within the Limketkai area, popular with high-end malls, restaurants and other go-to places when in CDO. Though the street leading to the hotel is quite off. No parking space aside from limited street parking. The hotel lobby is nice, restaurant is also situated upon the hotel entrance. Stairs and elevators are available. Rooms are spacious but the facilities are old-style. Most of them are either unusable or you don’t want t use anymore. Linen sheets are somewhat dirty, unsure if its cleaned properly. Curtains are obviously rarely changed. Always check the windows, as with any hotel room. Here, it’s unlocked and its the type of window that a person can easily burgle to. It’s just the rooms that I have problem with, but their lobby, restaurant and I guess their function halls are superb. Complimentary breakfast is available as well. Wide selection of meal platters for lunch and dinner is available. Overall, it was an okay experience.”

Location is really strategic and very near to school supplies place (helpful if you're doing a conference) and the night market. Convenience stores and fast food chain are also nearby and walking distance.”

The hotel has backup generators, and during day time is powered by solar. At night the grounds lighting setup is very beautiful. Staff + pool is very welcoming to kids. Its as if we are their family too! We really enjoyed our mid-week stay. I would easily say this is the best hotel in CDO area for families or couples. Its worth staying here outside city center if you have a car.”
