“I booked two hotel rooms for three days and two nights, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience. However, several issues arose during our stay that significantly impacted our enjoyment. Firstly, upon arrival, we discovered that the hair dryer in our room was not working. Despite contacting the front desk and having maintenance come to inspect the issue, the problem was not resolved. We requested a spare hair dryer but were informed that none were available, leaving us unable to dry our hair before bedtime. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the lack of alternative solutions provided by staff. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with noticeable dust accumulation and mosquitoes flying around. This detracted from our overall comfort and made our stay less pleasant than anticipated. Additionally, when my sister requested an extra blanket, she was informed that there would be a charge of 100 baht per night. We found this policy to be unreasonable and unexpected, as such amenities are typically provided without additional cost in reputable hotels. Overall, our experience at this hotel fell far short of our expectations, and we feel compelled to bring these issues to their attention. We hope that they will take our feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to address these concerns to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.”

The view of the infinity pool lit up with garlands of lanterns brightens your hearts, and the food was mighty tasty, with particular emphasis on the crispy sea bass signature dish and the seemingly unassuming shrimp omelette. The taste stays in your memory long after the food was consumed. Loved it!”

“30/1/24 - I loved the ID of this hotel. I like the layout of my room. Especially, the bathroom. I dislike the glass type. The bed was very comfortable. My room was located at the back part of the hotel. Can't hear the noise from the street. However, the noise insulation indoors was quite poor. I could even hear the noise from the opposite room as the corridor was narrow. Some guests were noisy as they returned in the evening and also in the morning when they were up and about. It would be great if the hotel could put notices to remind guests to keep their noise down at all times. Also, do remind guests during check-in. It would make everyone's stay much more pleasant in this lovely hotel. Parking is available at the courtyard of the hotel. It can accommodate around 6 vehicles only. Street parking available. Would love to stay here again.”

“Stayed 3 nights. Our room has a small dining table, free titbits, (refill daily), microwave, kitchen zinc, sofa. Everything in this hotel is very new, good security when going to your room with access card, bed & pillows are very comfy and clean. We drove, car park available total only about 10 bays. Parking attendant was very helpful and friendly. Only cons was it was a bit dark when going back to hotel at night, because hotel location is a bit far from main road, no food shops around. It's good if you drive and stay at this hotel.”

“The dorm room is the cheapest in Hatyai I can say, but the bed is really clean & the washroom & shower is inside the room, so it isn't like other hostels, you no need to go outside for shower, better privacy for girls. Surrounding also not as sketchy like in Lee gardens area, so it's ok for girls walking around.”

“Not in my bucket list, but recommended for everyone ;) Its a budget hotel but it feels like little bit of luxury hotel. Got swimming pools and indoor playground, lift/elevator access to room, plenty of walking distance halal eateries. The rooms are so comfortable and smells so so soooo good, they provides towels and hanger too! Got mini fridge with mineral water. Got cups but no coffees or teas. There is not toilteries provided. TV got Malaysia channels and radio frequency too! But quite far from main attractions.”

“Room is okay, spacious and clean. They will provide complementary water bottle inside the room. But for the one on the fridge you have to pay. Bathroom is good, bathtub looks old though. Hot water is okay, but you have to wait a while after opening the faucet. The hotel lobby is wide and looks great. Restaurant is an ok, on breakfatzst they serve me Pineapple fried race, sausage, and chicken ham. Coffee, tea, orange and water is also served. Staff is friendly, security will help you to remove and put back your suitcase from vehicle. Restaurant staff is also helpfull. Around this hotel there is a lot of nightclub and spa massage place. So in the night tends to be noisy until 2 am.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !”
