But the beds are worn out, in two nights I never got a proper sleep to relax. Also the dogs , 3 of them are cute but dirty and pee every where. The smell is disturbing.”

“The hotel is very bad. The swimming pool has cracks in the floor. The rooms do not have a water heater. The rooms have air conditioning that does not work. The staff at the reception is very pretentious. We went to him and told him that the rooms do not have cattles for us to drink hot drinks. They told us to go to the restaurant and take what we wanted (water and tea), and indeed we took hot water on the first, second and third day. It was the time to leave the hotel. When we went to the reception, they told us to pay 1200 lira for the tea and hot water that we took, and we told them that we asked if the water&tea are free or not and they said it was free, but they kept procrastinating and lying. The rooms have a horrible smell And the covers for the bed, cut from the sides, are trying to milk the visitors, and they want to take out the dog inside of you”

“We visited sapanca pyramid in july, the price was reasonable, I came from UK and there wasnt a price difference for us. I can say it was the cheapest holiday place, I found. Suitable for a family of 4. The breakfast was excellent. You order your food from their kitchen,they also serve you fruit and tea. I would definetly like to visit again. The staff is very friendly.”

More over a bungalow is new furnished, sofa is so soft when you sit next to fireplace you brain melting and relaxing, to sleep upstairs with the sound of nature was so incredible that we just couldn’t wake up ) breakfast was enough and fresh, actives around boats , fishing and swings made our staying so unique and charming that we couldn’t leave . “I chosed the hotel especially for location. Cafes are down stairs. Bim and A101 markets are right at the door. University busses goes by the street. Receptionists are so welcoming. But.. rooms are small and bcz of the roof window, there is no clean air possible so my asthima got worse. Also even if it was chosen "do not disturb" they entered my room to get the iron machine etc. why..call and ask me first. Breakfast variety wasnt much but acceptable. Wasn't that bad.”
