“There’s really nothing not to like about this hotel first when you walk in everybody that works there are nice helpful and accommodating. We ended up in a room that overlooks the castle and at night it illuminated what a great experience location couldn’t be better we could walk to everything, if more of the chain hotels work, the way this family own hotel works we would be enjoying our stays much more these days. The room was very nice we had a suite the bathroom was all updated the body lotions and soap were excellent nice TV. Unfortunately they didn’t have anything in English but BBC would’ve enjoyed a couple of stations in English when we had our downtime architecturally they kept some of the old wooden beams on ceiling of the room, which gave it character they had outlets next to bed ,The breakfast was phenomenal so many choices. It’s difficult to decide what to eat especially for me who likes healthy gluten-free foods.and great for those who do not need gluten-free cereal fruit eggs, etc. If you need a hotel in-this city, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here, they have bike rentals which we did not use. They have a nice sitting area outside the front door where you can have a drink. They now have a water dispenser where you can fill up your own bottles of water with water that’s been filtered. again this is definitely a great place to stay in Ferrara. If”

“The single room is a little bit small, and I think that can be a little bit cleaner. Breakfast is amazing, so large selection of food. Garage has so tight entrance, better say, tight elevator. Nice and good location, easy to reach centre.”

“Good location, about 10 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes walk into the city centre. The room was a good size but quite dated decor. No plug socket near the bed. Good breakfast. The staff were very friendly.”

“Wonderful original little Italian inn, close to the centre. Great warm welcome from Antonio, clean, comfortable rooms with a single lift to floors. Lovely breakfast with great coffee in a smallish room on the ground floor. A far cry from the impersonal and characterless hotel chains. A memorable place to stay.”
