The only problem with rooms is that beds were 2 separate units put together which created a hole between the matresses...also they are quite couch quality so sleep wasnt the best... “Book early in advance!!! The best advise I can give you! If you are in the area, a gastronomic stop here is mandatory! The rooms are nice, elegant and cosy. The entire place is very welcoming, actually, and service is more than excellent. The best of the experience, of course, is to have the pleasure to meet the chef, and italian celebrity, Mr Giuliano Baldessari - who is such a friendly, warm, humble, down-to-earth and accessible person. “Really nice place if you want peace and quite. They have a restaurant and bar on location. Rooms are your typical European size and the people that work the desk are extremely helpful. The only thing I didn't like was its not really walking distance to anything. It's two miles from the city but it's down a road that can only fit one car but somehow is a two way street full of sharp turns. But all in all, a very pleasant experience.”

“I recently stayed at the Hotel Paradiso for a family New Year's trip and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We are a family of two adults and two young kids aged 4 and 6, and I must say, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. First of all, the staff at the Hotel Paradiso was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that our family had everything we needed. They provided us with extra towels and pillows for the kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfortable, and the kids loved having their own little area with bunk beds. The room also had a beautiful view of the mountains which was a nice bonus. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's New Year's Eve party. They organized a special event for families with young kids, complete with live music, games, and even a mini fireworks display at midnight. Our kids had an absolute blast, and it was great to see them so happy and entertained. Additionally, the hotel's amenities were top-notch. The SPA was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant with a diverse menu, catering to both adult and children's tastes. The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Location-wise, the Hotel Paradiso was perfect for us. It was situated in a convenient and safe area, close to various attractions and restaurants that were family-friendly. We were able to enjoy walks in the nearby parks and explore the city easily. All in all, we had an amazing time at the Hotel Paradiso di Asiago It provided us with a memorable New Year's experience as a family, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel. The staff, amenities and overall atmosphere were exceptional, and Roberto the tourist entertainer wich organize everyday one trip and in the evening, some activities like miniclub and baby dance for children and families games ( all included in the price of the hotel), making our stay truly special. From Michele (who spoke English) who warmly greeted us at the front desk and provided us assistance to our room amenities and suggestions as to what to see in the main center of the city, the day and evening porters who were extremely helpful and kind with our luggage, Dania our breakfast hostess (who also spoke English), and Ornella, a member of the management staff who went out of her way to help us find a room that more met our requirements. We would also like to praise the wonderful housekeeping staff of ladies who were always polite with their cheerful greetings and “job well done” in taking care of our room. Grazie mille a tutti! This hotel is the perfect example of how customers should be treated. We recommend them highly and will definitely come back! Thanks to this great staff of people.”

“This hotel is a disgrace Firstly, I booked a room for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child aged 13) and then went to the room only to find out that three beds were there (1 double and 2 singles), instead of five as promised on the website. Another issue were the towels of which there was 3 larger ones and 2 smaller ones near the sink (not enough for 5 people). Then we went to the reception to inform them about these issues and the lady offered us a €20 discount if 3 people slept on one double bed meant for two people (which is outrageous, especially after being up since 4am and travelling for the whole day). We of course said that this would not be an option due to the lack of space and the lady told us that she would bring another bed in 30 minutes (we ended up waiting an hour). Furthermore, this was at night so we wanted to get some food after a long journey- which we didn’t get to do, due to the long wait. Additionally, the sink would not drain from the first use ,the hairdryer did not work and the fan extractor in the bathroom was broken. SKY TV was promised on the website and was even written down in the room- however there was no SKY TV when we checked! The kitchen was completely unequipped, with not even a kettle to make tea. The pictures on the website are misleading as the bed frames were scratched and looked used. A more minor issue was the unavailability of breakfast if it was overbooked. The location if this hotel is horrible, close to bars/pubs so lots of shouting at night. Lastly, there was wifi promised in all areas of the hotel yet as soon as we went into our room it had disconnected- which was a major issue due to the lack of roaming abroad. The only positive comment I can say is that the housekeeper was very polite and respectful and the room was quite clean.”

“Fascinating 80s hotel. It’s like walking into a Time Machine… and end up back in the 80s in this well preserved museum. There are even functioning telephone cabinets, and bathtubs in the rooms! Despite the old furniture the hotel is very clean, and has a good breakfast and is literally at a few minutes walk from the old town centre and railway station.”

“This was a very modern hotel. However the key to the room was extremely not common and ancient. It was just the simplest key with the heaviest cone shaped key chain. This key chain weighed approximately 1KG. After all my world trotting days, this was the first time I encountered such funny key chain. Overall, I was quite happy with the hotel. If I must complain, then the bath tub was way too high, climbing in and out required much an effort. This hotel is EV ready, there are two charging stations at its parking lots.”

“Super well situated hotel literally steps from the Piazza dei Signori and the Basilica. Rooms are well appointed and clean, though maybe slightly dated, but nice enough. Limited views from the rooms themselves as the building is facing a narrow street. There is a rooftop terrace that supposedly has a great view of the city, but it was closed when we were there (October 2023). Staff is great, great service in English, and you can leave your luggage with them for the day after checking out if necessary, as there is no luggage storage at the Vicenza train station.”
