“-Extrem long line for breakfast with three poor staff people, opposite of a stressless breakfast, process totally ineffient, cold eggs, one day disgusting coffee -Cleaning staff were entering the room without knocking, in our case during a really inpropriate situation when the room was for the das already cleaned. on the reception we have been told that is our fault, because we didnt insert the card. But light and air con worked without the card. There is no sign for explanation. -the doors are badly isolated, you hear everything in the hallway, expecially when closed, during night really annoying. -we expected from a business hotel good english. But normally they werent english skills or really basic. -Foreign plates get a paper in the windshield that they are not responsible for breakins etc. eventhough they have a camera -In general the facilities are good, but the processes are ineffienct”

Some rooms (that we had one of) are rather old - some look renovated. Quite noisy with the train and not so well sound insulation between the rooms when early morning furniture was moved around.”

“Spaahhhhh-mazing. The spa is simple, clean, and totally ready to soothe you. After a journey to Venice, my body was hurting. I had an amazing massage. I extended it (50 minutes 55 euro. 30 more minutes 40 euro) and the spa access (water circuit pool, ice bucket shower, emotional sensory shower, multiple other saunas)was 30 euro. He told me 115 was good. What an awesome experience! Feeling so much better for my flight home. Don’t hesitate to book. I was able to chat with them on WhatsApp. Semi language barrier once I was there, but manageable. Kinda wish I stayed over here. Beautiful grounds.”

“This hotel was amazing. Our room was gorgeous with all possible amenities and a beautiful view of the sea. But, best of all, was the bend-over-backwards service from every single employee in the hotel. The valet parking took care of the biggest problem in Italy. Prices were reasonable and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. We opted for dinner also and we’re not disappointed (see my separate review of Wine Not).”

“Fantastic views from the restaurant terrace. The shuttle service to take you to the beach works perfectly as parking is always difficult at the beach, so leaving your car at the hotel saves stress and is a huge benefit. The restaurant has great views over the bay and the setting sunset. For us the food was the least favourite part as the food was not as good as other restaurants in the area. We ate there only because it saved the hassle of driving elsewhere. The rooms are small, and noisy. It is easy to hear other guests.”

“The Hotel is quite close to the Sanctuary of Loreto and about 15 mins. by car to the nearest beach. It is within some lovely woodland grounds and appears to have ample outside parking. Although the hotel’s interior gives the impression of having aged, with stained carpets at the lobby, and the rooms could do with a good paint job, especially near the windows, it was very clean and comfortable with complimentary tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. Maintenance of ventilation appears to be done well, a modern bathroom with excellent shower etc. The breakfast area was comfortable, spacious, bright, and adequately stocked for a nice morning meal. Again, helpful and attentive, welcoming staff. All in all, a nice experience and at a very reasonable price for a family of three.
