“This was our second year at Big Pine Key Resort, and there have been improvements made to the campground, which include much needed additional staffing and campsites that have enhanced our experience. The staff is stellar with their customer service and responsiveness, diplomacy and handling and managing hundreds of campers on a daily basis. the grounds are maintained by a fantastic and capable staff, including but not limited to Andy, Scott and Cameron! Front desk staff was most excellent, and I really enjoyed interacting with Savannah, Trish, Melissa and Colleen on a daily basis. They are top-notch! “We didn't actually stay here (We stayed at The Parrot Key Resort). We did however visit the restaurant at Sunset Key for lunch. They will pick you up by boat in Key West and bring you over to the restaurant. No cost for the boat ride. It's free with a restaurant reservation. Do this! Reserve for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is awesome and so is the food. By far of our best meal in Key West. It's an upscale experience for sure and the pricing isn't bad at all. Honestly well worth it and priced better than many other sub par meals we had on this trip. What an amazing view and atmosphere! Right on the water- beach side, huge deck. They even have propane heaters if you get cold. And honestly, it was a bit chilly in December (which isn't typical). We cranked up the heaters for about 15 minutes and then turned them off. Perfect comfort and a perfect meal.”

Even though it is located on a main road you still feel secluded with all of the palm trees and greenery surrounding the property. We also appreciated how quiet it was. “The best place to be in Key Largo. The staff were amazing and did not steer us wrong with any recommendations for food, places to see, or recreation. Dive classes were excellent and instructors were so patient and kind, they also made it fun for the kids! The rooms are a little dated, but really cozy and clean. You won't find a better place to see sunsets than on their point with sugar white sand between your toes as you sit in their chaise loungers ending a perfect day. “This inn was a wonderful experience all around! The location is idyllic and calm, looking out on a small inlet in the Gulf of Mexico. The beach has hammocks, a fire pit, a bungalow, and numerous chairs throughout all facing the western edge of the property for the ever changing sunsets over the Gulf. I spent hours in the hammocks and loved every minute relaxing there! The room we stayed in was quaint and appropriately decorated in tropical decor and looked out on the beach. The best thing about the room was the ability to walk directly out onto the beach (Sandpiper Room 3). While the price may seem steep for some, you get SO much for the price you pay. Everything I listed above plus kayaks, paddle boards, a heated pool with 24/7 access, and bikes! Given how much I loved this inn, we will definitely be staying here in the future!!”

“Great cute little place in Key west. The room was clean and cute. We were placed on the road side of the building. A little loud for me at 6am, but my friends slept like a champ. Swimming pool was nice and pretty calm. The whole place is pretty quiet because it is few blocks from busy duval street. Love this location. Our cleaner is amazing, she is always running around with a big smile on her face. The bartender at happy hour was great! What can I say, just a great place with great staff! Def recommended! “This was our first time at Eden house and in Key West. I was a little skeptical about staying here because of some of the reviews but I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did, sure the rooms are pricey but so is everything else in key west. Are they huge? The answer is no. But was it a beautiful relaxing property in the heart of old Town? Absolutely! The pool was great, the hot tub was great, staff was super friendly, bike rental right out front. I didn't have to drive my car for 4 days. Either walked or biked. There were hammocks, tons of chairs to lay out on and it was quiet. Just a super relaxing place to spend time at and to get away. I didn't go to key west to sit in my room. So I was very happy with the overall experience and everything Eden house had to offer.”

I got a good night sleep in their spacious room and a hearty breakfast from their continental offering.
