“As with all Hamptons, it is a nice hotel and a good value. The lobby and hallway was pleasant and clean.The room was very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The service from the desk is good. So how can I give them a 3 rating?.....The problem is floor to floor noise. Once everyone settled in, it was a quiet stay....but it sounded like elephants were stomping and throwing things around above us when we were trying to get to sleep. There was also a periodic eerie unidentifiable noise in the hall or adjacent room that jolted us awake a couple of times. As far as the service rating, it concerns glacial speed elevators. I don't know why they have two elevators if they are only going to run one and have 5 minute wait times for guests to get access.”
