“Clean & quiet room. Clean, crisp, white linens. Nice selection of food and drinks available for purchase by the front desk. Full breakfast with a good selection. Not too far off the toll road. Pet friendly rooms. Only complaint is that the water smelled a bit funky.”

“Would not recommend. Arrived at this hotel during our vacation in June. Was told at the front that all housekeepers had called out that day. There were no clean rooms and it would be a while before a room was available for us. Lobby was dingy and honestly looked like it had not been cleaned in a long while. This was also where breakfast was to be served. Manager was not available to talk with us. Called Hilton Honors and they also had trouble getting in touch with the manager. Because I had checked in online using the app the night before, they could not release the reservation and the manager refused to do so. There was no way we were staying at this hotel after seeing the lobby and not being able to speak to a manager. We were forced to pay one nights charges ($200) and then was release from the other nights that were reserved. In the 15+ years we have been staying at Hilton hotels, we have never had this type of issue or lack of service from management.”
