“I would have to say that the location and the service of this particular get away stay is absolutely incredible. Although I had issues with my room and the fact that there was dirty clothes from previous customers, I will say that the customer service was pretty good and the inside of the facility was very clean. I would mark this up as maybe a one time mistake as to the issues of the room and maybe make a new reservation for a new review soon! Other than that the stay was pretty pleasant and comfortable.”

“Hotel looked pretty from outside, nice lobby but rooms were not cleaned. We stayed 3 nights, none of these days rooms were cleaned. Housekeeping didn’t do their job, one day they left note saying they didn’t clean because there was a shirt on bed. Coffee pods were replaced until asked. Were not satisfied with housekeeping service.”

“Stayed here in October; it was fine. Stayed here 11/23, and it was different. Feces all over toilet seat and dried food on comforters. Toilet ran all night. Elevator maintenance warning light was blinking in October and it still is. Asked housekeeping to point me to elevators, and they didn’t understand me. I was checked out by the manager (I know she is from previous visit) and I told her about filth in room and about housekeeping not even understanding elevator, and all she said to me is “we have employees that don’t speak English”. Never apologized for lack of cleanliness or anything.”

“We had a tree fall through our roof several weeks ago. Our insurance company put us in this hotel until our house is fixed back to normal. The staff at this place are extremely nice. I have not had one complaint about anything……except maybe the size of the trash can…..but that is it. Being out of our home for so long has been extremely stressful, but they make us feel welcomed.”

“I had a rough day trying to find a hotel that had a room AND took dogs. Tiara went out of her way to assure we were comfortable in a room rarely used. This hotel is old, but the upkeep is spectacular. It's clean, everything works, and the bed was oh so comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better place in a convenient location. Even though the hotel was cared for, it was the amazing staff that really made the stay special. Thanks again Tiara and AJ for all your help. ❤️”

“Stayed overnight night in August and was warned that it might be loud because of youth soccer teams staying there but I found the hotel to be very quiet, easy for me to fall asleep. The breakfast food tasted way above average compared to other inns. Next morning I departed and realized I left my heading aids in my room. I called the hotel and spoke to the manger, Charles, and he assured me they would look and he call me. Later he called and said they found them and he held onto them for me. I sent a prepaid box to him and he returned the hearing aids to me via mail. Many thanks, Charles! Excellent way to run a hotel.”

“The employees were all super friendly and easy going and helpful. I enjoy staying at IHG hotels because they offer free laundry room service for the guests to use as well as free breakfast. This stay was well needed since I hadn’t showered in a few days and I am currently homeless. I used points and was able to stay for $35 and door dashed something to eat while staying here. So there’s plenty of restaurants that deliver here. Hopefully I can find an apartment soon and not have to keep couch hopping and staying at hotels.”
