“For what we need, the location is perfect. 0.5 mile to the office, a shopping strip mall right behind the hotel, closer to the Star center and the highway. A few decent restaurants around it. It's fairly clean. Breakfast is basic but good. The restroom sink area is very small. I wish the water pressure is a bit stronger or the water flow is faster. The gym has 3 treadmills, one bike, and some weights with a bench, and a couple of mats. They do have a water cooler in the gym which is nice. Limited space, but you can get a workout in if you are not looking for every excuse not to do it. One thing that surprised me is that they don't have a complimentary comb upon request, but it is there for purchase for $3.99. This is definitely the first experience because I never remembered to pack a comb and all of the hotels I had stayed in regardless of the stars of the hotel all have complimentary comb except this one! Hence the 3 ⭐ review. I forgot to mention that the shower sliding door almost fell on me. It is a safety concern in my eyes. Also the gym doesn't have a sanitizer spray and paper towels for wiping equipments.”

“Let's start with the staff when I arrived at the location and went in. I was greeted by Kimberly, aka Kim. She was polite, helpful, and very informative. She took her time to listen to my needs for the stay and my family's needs. She showed great patience and took care of my many needs. Her customer service was world-class. Cleaning ladies... omg, beautiful and super nice. They do an amazing job cleaning and dropping off extra things you may need for your room. Hotel inside and out... Super clean and up-to-date. Staff/ Management When I was ready to check out, I was greeted by Brian. Brain checked me out and was very helpful and gave awesome support. I'm not too sure which staff member had better customer service, Kim or Brian. But they both were super... with world-class customer service.”

“I liked this place, a good-sized room conveniently split into bed and not-bed areas. Nice kitchen area, not fancy of course but fine. And a good price (I stayed at a pretty dead time.) Also, wired internet, a rarity in this day. Big TV in each room. Effective HVAC, if a little loud. Nice bed, couch, chairs, etc etc. Oh, and the b'fast was pretty good. I would have given 4 stars, but while I was there they were doing some cleaning/painting on the exterior of the building. That's fine, and actually nice, in general. However, I walked out of the building one day to find a couple of orange cones behind my car, and a little crane thing right next to it with guys doing exterior work right up above! Some kind of sticky gunk got all over my car, which (thankfully) isn't paint and it comes off. However, I generally prefer not to have my car dusted with gunk by a hotel while I'm parked.”

“Awful customer service, awful experience. Evidently, a wedding party was staying at this location the same night I was. There was loud noise coming from a room adjacent to mine, ALL NIGHT LONG. I called the front desk clerk, Will, at around 10:20 to complain, and then the night clerk multiple times during the night to try to get the problem resolved. I last called at around 4AM, desperate for sleep, and fed up with the lousy accommodations that I paid a pretty penny for. The front desk personnel were unable/unwilling to help. I understand if they were not able to track down the source of the noise. But what disappointed me, was that neither Hilton employee I spoke with during the night offered to move me to a different room away from the noise, or, if no other rooms were available, to simply offer me a refund so I could go elsewhere. No one, not even the morning desk clerk, offered to make the situation right. So, if you're looking for an expensive place where the hotel guests are loud and like to party all night, then this Hilton Garden Inn is for you. If you value sleep and value for your money, however, give this location a hard pass.”

“We've been at this hotel for six days. The room is exceptionally clean and its location allows us to reach anywhere quickly. However, the hot water in the shower isn't as hot as expected and the sink water lacks cold temperature. It would be great if they provided a microwave in the room for added convenience. Additionally, if you have trouble falling asleep this might not be the best place as road noise can be quite noticeable.”

“Rooms and location were good. Nothing over the top but the rooms were nice for the price with the exception of a musty odor in the bedroom. We had a bad encounter with a manager here named Selene or Suleen who was rude to my boys and had a bad attitude in front of other paying customers when we asked questions about changing rooms due to the smell. Surprise- we look up her name and here comes all this news about her physically attacking somebody. Shocking a company like this would keep this person employed! This is a nice hotel but please do something about the staff.”

“We arrived yesterday, our room wasn’t ready, they gave us a room I wasn’t ok with. The kitchen is useless, the pots are almost broken, at least you got 3 forks. Let’s talk about the guest laundry, the dryer are out of order. So I was offers the housekeeping will dry my laundry, I asked them, they don’t know nothing about, guess what now I have a bag full of wet clothes. Where ever you go, something is out of order, the restroom in the lobby, the treadmill , and both dryers. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a headache free stay. The service is out of order here.”

“Beautiful place, went to so many stores around. Customer care was very good as I had an issue as I forgot my charger at home, and she directed me where to get one. I would suggest they put chargers in rooms to help guests as I was stranded. In all I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely return.”

“This aloft is like the others however the front desk staff (yubia) I believe her name was is amazing. She worked on the morning and must have worn so many hats but ensured that you got the attention you needed. She made my morning every day being so positive. The bar tender at night was great as well. They had an indoor and outdoor fireplace so it was cooler at night and it was nice to have the fire. The fire pit didn’t work which was a bummer so hopefully they fix that. Location was good and walking distance to a ton of places with sidewalks all over so I didn’t even need to rent a car.”

“We called before making our reservations and asked if pets were allowed. We were told “sure”! Second day I noticed the message light was lit. I thought that was weird as I hadn’t left the room because I caught a cold. It was the front desk telling me pets were not allowed. Wait, what?? Whoever took my reservation told me they were!! Totally incompetent staff. Avoid this place. You can find someplace better.”

“I stay at this particular courtyard frequently. It's very convenient to get to one of my customers offices and then they're a couple times a month. On this particular trip I was greeted by Victor at the front desk. Super engaging and welcoming. He's a really good ambassador for the Marriott brand. I deducted one star on the service due to the weird encounter with bistro staff as they closed up and I asked for a glass. It was very awkward and was an opportunity for them to make a great impression which they failed to do. Victor was very apologetic as he saw the whole encounter. He more than made up for it. I'll continue to stay here for sure.”

“Our room is very clean, but I do have a couple of concerns. First is they are not very sound resistant. There were people talking in the hall last night for over an hour and I understood every word. This was a problem because we needed to be up at 5:30am. Second there are loose tiles in room 206 in the floor. My daughter has some stability issues and we were concerned about the liability they pose. We are staying here to get images made at the hospital and to see a neurosurgeon, so I find this a bit haphazard when it comes to the guests. The toilet seat is too short for the long toilet and needs to be replaced with the appropriate size. The toilet is also too low. I am a short person and found the height and issue. My daughter with stability issues really had a problem with the height of the toilet. That being said. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room. The beds are comfortable, the AC works almost too well. The complimentary breakfast is very much appreciated. They even have gluten free options which my daughter highly appreciated. I enjoyed coffee, orange juice, toast with cream cheese and bacon. We arrived a bit early because we had to be at the hospital so early and we're still able to eat a little something. My daughter got a gluten free blueberry muffin, coffee and apple juice. The staff has been super friendly, and for those needing a longer stay, they have washer and dryers on the floors and soap for them down stairs in the lobby. I thought that was very useful information to know. Anyway, overall, a good stay.”

“Our room was perfect for our needs. Being able to have our two small dogs with us was a plus. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, yogurt, juices, breads. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. The bed was perfect - had a great nights sleep (also very quiet). If in the area again, we will be back.”

I now have met the new manager, Jonathan, and he is just as wonderful in making my stay very comfortable. The rest of the staff, the service, and the location works perfect, considering I was here by myself. I felt that they took care of any of my needs and would recommend anyone coming to this particular location. I have NO complaints. Highly recommended!”
