“The app was down but allowed me to do a check in and request a digital key. No messages on the app or contact from the hotel that the app had a problem. Everything seemed fine on the user side. I was never contacted that the app was down and didn't find out until going to the hotel to ask when my digital key/room would be ready. I was told then the digital process was down. You would think the app wouldn't allow digital check in if there was a problem. The ice machine was broken on my floor (1st floor). There was several dead bugs in the light outside the restroom. There was a very large bug still alive in the light fighting to escape the fixture. I could only hope it didn't come out in the middle of the night. I can provide a video to anyone that cares to see it.”
