“This is such a beautiful and serene boutique hotel. Very comfortable rooms with a lot of charming, thoughtful touches to the decor. The restaurant is great and the staff is just delightful - very polite and super helpful. There was no room service but it didn't bother us at all. We ended up having all our meals at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant's outdoor seating in the evening is quite romantic and nice. They have a nice pool too and serve drinks poolside if you request it. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend it.”

So include things in room those were missing, like: soap, coffee, green tea bags, etc… I booked premium room that was very beautiful but still many things was missing in room and many time I requested for those things but still they did not provide me. I booked room for 31st dec but they not organised any party or any things for that day, even i played music but they turned off it before 11 pm. They are not having any rooms for drivers. Even they not provides any welcome drinks and all things C I would say you should improve many things because you are taking price for many things.”

“We hosted an anniversary party and the staff in leadership role was very unprofessional and rude. They insisted on having 100% payment before the party - which I have never seen before (every other place, they take a down payment and final payment at the end). Also they promised to provide at least a couple of rooms for the people coming from outside early in the morning and then backed out and provided much later. This was also in a very disorganized way as they were taking very long to clean; a couple of the rooms were stinking and we had to ask them to clean better. The food service was also very slow and not spread out across the party well. Food was cold most of the time, even after telling them to keep in warm. They were even going to serve food in foam cutlery (even soup - unbelievable); we insisted that they use better cutlery, for which they charged very high. Very unbelievable!! Never to host another event at this place!!”

“Amazing service here. We had stayed at a chain resort of theirs called Moonlight Nature Resort which is 8-10 km away from the City. After check out we had another 3-4 hours layover for our Train and they accomodated our luggages here in the hotel within the City and also provided us washroom facilities to freshen up before boarding our Train. Haven't seen a service like this before and the service staff didn't ask for a Rupee for the same, which again is not natural in a tourist place in India. So, 3 cheers for the service.”
