“I come to this hotel fairly regularly for work. There are hotels closer to my work, but I continued to choose this Hampton Inn because of Marisa. I haven’t felt well traveling with pregnancy over the last several months, but every time, she brightens my day just by her personality and smile. I’ve never met someone friendlier in customer service - she actually makes me feel like I’m her friend or family for the times I see her. It was sad realizing it was probably my last time seeing her tonight. The hotel itself is pretty clean and quiet. No complaints from any of my visits”

“Location is close to everything you will need. Hotel is nice and clean but I did not expect them to charge for breakfast. I was also surprised to see that half of the pool is indoor and the other half is outdoor, it was weird. The online description makes it seem like there are two different pools but there isn’t.”

The building is clean and in the fall the grounds were beautiful. It's also next to pappadeauxs, which is a great restaurant if you stay there.”

“The hotel is not well maintained. The front lobby reeked of marijuana. The hotel room smelled like someone had dumped a bucket of urine on the floor. Immediately upon entering the room, I began to wheeze and my family member’s allergies were triggered. The best thing about the experience was the sweet young lady at the front desk. She said the previous occupants probably had a dog in the room because Hilton and Hampton Inns are now all pet friendly hotels. I got a refund, cut my trip short, then headed back home. Don’t waste your time or money. The only reason I gave a rating of one was because zero was not an option.”

The staff is outstanding, especially Darren & Mitch. They accepted so many Amazon packages for me. It's in a great location, minutes from anything you could want; shopping to food. I loved it. No problem having my border collie & family for a little over 2 weeks. Great spot, highly recommend.”
